أحکام صلاة الجماعة في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول

 يکثر الحديث في الآونة الأخيرة عن موضوع الوباء وانتشاره،  فقد أصبح منتشرا بکثرة وأصبح من الأمور التي تطرح للنقاش في مجتمعنا ،ولما للوباء من آثار على الأسرة والمجتمع ، فإن موضوع صلاة الجماعة في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول يعتبر من المواضيع المهمة في هذا الباب وقد تعرضت في هذا البحث إلى حکم هذه المسألة بالتفصيل. 
وقد اتبعت المنهج العلمي في هذا البحث من استقراء لآراء الفقهاء في المسألة ،والإعتماد على المصادر الأصيلة للبحث، وعزو نصوص العلماء وآرائهم لکتبهم مباشرة. 
وقد تناولت المسائل التالية :تعريف الصلاة  وتعريف زمن الوباء وتعريف منع التجول ، وحکم الأذان في البيوت في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول ،وکذلک حکم الإقامة  للصلاة في البيوت في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول ، وأحکام صلاة المصابين بالوباء ، وأحکام صلاة العاملين في الهيئة الطبية ، وحکم صلاة الجماعة في البيوت في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول ،وصلاة الرجل بأهل بيته ،وحکم إمامة الصبي المميز للبالغ في الفريضة والنفل ،  ومشروعية اتخاذ المسجد في البيت ،وحکم  الجلوس في مصلى البيت  لانتظار الصلاة ، وللجلوس بعد الفجر حتى يصلي الضحى، وکذلک حکم صلاة الجمعه في البيوت في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول ، وحکم صلاة العيد في البيوت في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول ،وحکم صلاة الجنازة في البيوت على الميت الغائب في زمن الوباء ومنع التجول  .
Abstract:
 There is a lot of talk recently about the issue of the epidemic and its spread, as it has become widespread and has become one of the issues that are discussed in our society, and because of the effects of the epidemic on the family and society, the topic of community prayer in the time of the epidemic and curfew is one of the important topics in this section. In this paper, I have discussed in detail this issue
I followed the scientific method in this research from extrapolating the opinions of jurists on the matter, relying on the original sources of the research, and attributing scholars' texts and opinions to their books directly.
The following issues were addressed: the definition of prayer, the definition of the time of the epidemic, the definition of curfew, the rule of the call to prayer in homes at the time of the epidemic, and the curfew, as well as the rule of residence for prayer in homes at the time of the epidemic and the curfew, the provisions of the prayers of those affected by the epidemic, the provisions of the prayers of workers in the medical staff, and the rule of prayer Congregation in homes at the time of the epidemic, the curfew, the man’s prayer in his household, and the ruling on the imamate of the distinguished child, who is exaggerated in the obligatory and obligatory prayers,
The legitimacy of taking the mosque at home, the ruling on sitting in the chapel of the house to wait for prayer, and sitting after dawn until the morning prayer, as well as the ruling on Friday prayers in homes at the time of the epidemic and the curfew, and the ruling on Eid prayers at home at the time of the epidemic and the curfew, and the ruling on funeral prayer in homes on The absent dead in the time of the epidemic and curfew.
