يتعرض هذا البحث لدراسة القواعد التفسيرية التي تم استقراؤها في تفسير " تأويلات أهل السنة " ، حيث يكشف البحث عن القواعد التي اعتمد عليها الماتريدي في تفسيره ، رداً لأقوال أو ترجيحاً لها أو تأصيلاً لمعنى ، وبيان أن عملية التفسير ينبغي أن تكون قائمة على قواعد معينة على معرفة المراد من كلام الله تعالى.
ويتكون البحث من مقدمة ومبحثين:أما المقدمة ففيها أهمية الموضوع ، وأسباب اختياره ، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه. وأما المبحث الأول ففيه التعريف بالإمام الماتريدي  رحمه  الله  ، والتعريف بتفسيره ( تأويلات أهل السنة ) ، ومدخل إلى قواعد التفسير ، ويشتمل على ثلاثة مطالب .وأما المبحث الثاني :فيحتوي على الجانب التطبيقي ) وهو صلب البحث تطرقت فيه إلى دراسة قواعد التفسير عند الإمام الماتريدي من خلال تفسيره ( تأويلات أهل السنة) ).وذيلت البحث بخاتمة،وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع،وفهرس للموضوعات.
 Abstract:
This research examines the explanatory rules that were extrapolated in the interpretation of “Ahl al-Sunnah Interpretations,” where the research reveals the rules that al-Matridi relied on in his interpretation, in response to statements, weighting them, or rooting for a meaning, and clarifying that the interpretation process should be based on certain rules based on Knowing what is meant by the word of God Almighty.
The research consists of an introduction and two chapters:
As for the introduction, it contains the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and its methodology.
As for the first topic, it introduces Imam al-Maturidi - may God have mercy on him - and introduces his interpretation (Interpretations of Ahl al-Sunnah), and an introduction to the rules of interpretation, and includes three demands.
As for the second topic: it contains the applied aspect) which is the core of the research in which I dealt with the study of the rules of interpretation of Imam al-Maturidi through his interpretation (interpretations of the Sunnis.
