آراء عقدية في شروح كتاب (عمدة الأحكام) لعبد الغني المقدسي رحمه الله دراسة تحليلية نقدية

تتناول هذه الدراسة  على ما يسمى بأحاديث الأحكام وشروحها، وهي المصنفات التي تعنى بجمع أحاديث الأحكام وتصنيفها وفق أبواب الفقه، وما من متن حديثي تعلو قيمته ويعرف بين أهل العلم بجلالته إلا وينبري العلماء لخدمته وشرحه وبيان ما فيه من الأحكام والمسائل والفوائد    ومن هذه المتون متن: (عمدة الأحكام في كلام خير الأنام محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام) لمؤلفه الحافظ عبد الغني المقدسي (541 هـ-600 هـ)، وهو من أفضل كتب الأحكام المختصرة. وقد وجدت في ثنايا هذا المتن وشروحه المتعددة جملة من المسائل العقدية، مع تنوع مذاهب الشراح الفقهية والعقدية، فمنهم من هو على منهج أهل السنة في تقريره للمسائل العقدية، ومنهم من هو على غير ذلك من المناهج. فاخترت بعض المباحث العقدية لعرض أقوال الشراح فيها ودراستها وفق منهج أهل السنة والجماعة، وهي: الإيمان بالملائكة، والإيمان بالكتب، والإيمان باليوم الآخر، ومسائل عقدية أخرى. 
وأن من أهمية هذا البحث وأسباب اختياره:أن كتاب (عمدة الأحكام) للعلامة عبد الغني المقدسي –رحمه الله-، وهو من أهم وأشهر متون أحاديث الأحكام، وهو من أهم المراجع المعتمدة في أحاديث الأحكام، كما أن شروحه تعد من أهم المراجع لعامة طلاب العلم.وفي هذا البحث خدمة للجانب العقدي لكتاب عمدة الأحكام. 
ومن أبرز نتائج البحث ما يلي: اتفق شراح عمدة الأحكام على إثبات الملائكة وما ورد عن الملائكة في الأحاديث الصحيحة، من أفعالها وصفاتها، ووظائفها ، وعلى قبول خبر الواحد وحجيته.وعلى وجوب تعظيم النصوص الشرعية وتقديمها على القياس العقلي. واتفق الشراح أيضاً على مشروعية مخالفة الكفار والمشركين. وعلى فضل الصحابة رضوانه الله عليهم أجمعين.
ومن خلال استقراء أقوال الشراح في شروح عمدة الأحكام تبين لي أهمية الأقوال العقدية المنثورة في شروح الأحاديث لا سيما لارتباطها الوثيق بالحديث النبوي واعتمادها عليه، ولذلك أوصي بالمزيد من بالعناية بهذه الأقوال بجمعها ودراستها والمقارنة بينها في ضوء منهج أهل السنة والجماعة لما فيها من التمييز بين الحق والباطل من الأقوال.
 Abstract: 
This study deals with the so-called hadiths on rulings and their explanations, which are the works that are concerned with collecting hadiths on rulings and classifying them according to the chapters of jurisprudence. There is no hadith text whose value exceeds and is known among the people of knowledge for its majesty except that scholars devote themselves to serving it, explaining it, and explaining what it contains of rulings, issues, and benefits. Among these texts is a text: (Umdat al-Ahkam fi Kalam Khair al-Anam Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him) by Al-Hafiz Abd al-Ghani al-Maqdisi (541 AH-600 AH), and it is one of the best books of brief ahkam. In the folds of this text and its numerous explanations, I found a number of doctrinal issues, with the diversity of the schools of jurisprudence and doctrinal commentators. Some of them follow the Sunni approach in their determination of doctrinal issues, and some of them follow other approaches. So I chose some doctrinal topics to present the commentators’ sayings and study them according to the approach of the Sunnis and the community, which are: belief in angels, belief in the Books, belief in the Last Day, and other doctrinal issues. Among the importance of this research and the reasons for choosing it: The book (Umdat al-Ahkam) by the scholar Abd al-Ghani al-Maqdisi - may God have mercy on him - is one of the most important and famous texts of hadiths on rulings, and it is one of the most important reliable references on hadiths on rulings, and its explanations are considered among the most important references for general students of knowledge. This research serves the doctrinal aspect of the book Umdat al-Ahkam. Among the most prominent results of the research are the following: The commentators of Umdat al-Ahkam agreed to confirm angels and what was mentioned about angels in authentic hadiths, including their actions, attributes, and functions, and to accept the report of a single person and its evidence. And on the necessity of honoring the legal texts and presenting them according to rational analogy. The commentators also agreed on the legitimacy of opposing the infidels and polytheists. And for the virtue of the Companions, may God be pleased with them all. By extrapolating the commentators’ sayings in the explanations of Umdat al-Ahkam, it became clear to me the importance of the doctrinal sayings scattered in the explanations of the hadiths, especially because of their close connection to the Prophet’s hadith and their reliance on it. Therefore, I recommend more attention to these sayings by collecting them, studying them, and comparing them in the light of the approach of the Sunnis and the community, because of the distinction they contain between the truth and the truth. And false statements.
