قد تکلمت في هذه الدراسة على جمعَ ما تيسر مما قيل في علممشکل الحديث، وتقف مع تعريفه، وبيان أهميته، وتتبع نشأته، وتحديد أسبابه، ورصدِ مسالک العلماء في رفع الإشکالات الحاصلة فيه، والتنبيه إلى ما ألف فيه، مع الموازنة بينه وبين علم مختلف الحديث.
وعرف الإشکال في النصوص منذ زمن متقدم، أي منذ بدء الخليقة، لکن هذا الإشکال طال الحديث النبوي في العصر الأول للإسلام، بيد أنه لما تجاوز الناس الفترة الذهبية من تاريخ الإسلام، واختلط الناس بالأعاجم، وضاعت السليقة، وغلب على الناس الانقيادللأهواء الضالة المضلة، والانتصار للآراء الفاسدة، وظهرت البدع على اختلاف أشکالها، ودخل في الإسلام من يتسمى باسمه، يبطن الکيد له، فبدؤوا يثيرون الشبه، ويضربون الأحاديث بعضها ببعض، ويلبسون على الناس أحاديث نبيهم صلى الله عليه وسلم، انبرى علماء الحق لبيان الحق ورد الباطل، وتنقية التراث الإسلامي مما قد يعلق به، وتجلية الصواب للناس، ودحض مزاعم المبتدعة ونحوهم، وصنفوا التصانيف النافعة، فکان مما کان ولادة (علم مشکل الحديث)، وهو علم مستقل بموضوعه ومنهجه، وتاريخه، ومؤلفاته، فوضعوا له الضوابط وقعدوا له القواعد، وأصلوا له الأصول التي يجب عليهم سلوکها عند توهم التعارض بين نصين من نصوص الشرع المطهر.
ولعلم مشکل الحديث أهمية کبيرة، ولعل من وجوه أهميته:
- تعلقه بأکثر العلوم الإسلامية، فيحتاجه دارس التفسير والعقيدة والحديثوالفقه، وغيرها، ذلکم أن الفقيه غايته استنباط الاحکام من الحديث، فهو أولى الناس بالتعرف على مشکل الحديث، حتى يسلم استنباطه، ثم إن المفسر أيضا يتعامل مع کلام الله تعالى، وأن من أصول التفسير تفسير القرآن بالحديث، فالمفسر يعتمد الأحاديث والأخبار لبيان معاني الآي، فهو في حاجة ماسة إلى علم مشکل الحديث، فضلا عن المتخصص في العقيدة، الذي غايته الدفاع، وتحصين العقيدة من الأقوال الضالة، حتى يدفع کل اعتراض واهٍ.
Abstract:
I have spoken in this study to gather what has been said in the science of the problem of hadith, and stand with its definition, to indicate its importance, to track its origin, to determine its causes, to monitor the courses of scientists in raising the problems that occur in it, and to alert to what is familiar with it, balancing it with the science of different hadiths.
The problem in the texts has been known since a long time ago, i.e. since the beginning of creation, but this problem has long been the prophetic hadith in the first era of Islam, but when people exceeded the golden period of the history of Islam, and people mingled with the acacia, and lost the salqa, and prevailed over the pure people. The misguided whims of the strays, the victory of corrupt opinions, and the emergence of innovations in all their forms, and entered into Islam by the so-called name, lining up the plot for him, so they started to raise the likeness, and beat the hadiths with each other, and wear The scholars of the truth have shown the truth to show the truth and to correct the Islamic heritage from what may be attached to it, and to show the right to the people, and to refute the claims of the creator and so on, and to classify the useful descriptions, which was the birth of (the science of the problem of hadith), an independent science of its subject, method, history, and writings, so they set the rules for it, and they established the origins that they must be subject to when they object to the texts of the Sharia.
The science of the problem of modernity is of great importance, and perhaps one of its important aspects is:
- Related to most Islamic sciences, he needs the study of interpretation, doctrine, hadith, jurisprudence, and others, because the faqih aims to draw the rulings from hadith, he is the first people to recognize the problem of hadith, so that he will deliver his inference, and then the interpreter also deals with the words of Allah Almighty, and that One of the origins of the interpretation is the interpretation of the Qur'an by speaking, the interpreter adopts hadiths and news to show the meanings of i, he is in urgent need of the knowledge of the problem of hadith, as well as the specialist in the doctrine, whose purpose is to defend, and to fortify the faith from stray words, so that he can push every objection and the right .
