الحاکميـــــة لدى التيار التکفــــــــيري، دراسة تحليلية نقدية

تدور هذه الدراسة حول ما شهدته ساحة الفکر الإسلامي من فکر تکفيري قديمًا: وطليعته فرقة " الخوارج"، والتي استحدثت شعار " لا حکم إلا لله "، وحديثًا: وتزعمته الجماعات والحرکات التکفيرية المتطرفة، والتي رفعت شعار "الحاکمية" بفهم سقيم بُعدت به عن الفکر المستقيم، وترتب على هذا أن أطلقوا اللسان بتکفير المجتمعات المسلمة، کما أطلقوا السنان في صدورها.  وکل ذلک متمخض من سوء الفهم لمصطلح "الحاکمية، بالفهم المغلوط.
ولقد استخدمت فى هذا البحث عدة مناهج المنهج التاريخي، والتحليلي، والنقدي.
وتوصلت في هذا البحث إلى نتائج عدة من أهمها أنَّ القرآن الکريم أضاف نسبة الحکم للبشر «الحاکمية البشرية»، فلا تنافى بين الحاکمية الإلهية والحاکمية البشرية فمن مقتضيات حکم الله تعالى أن يحکم البشر، فالحاکمية البشرية وسيلة للحاکمية الإلهية وليست مقابلة لها. وأکد البحث على ضرورة الاحتواء والحوار مع أصحاب الحرکات التکفيرية لتوعيتهم، وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة لديهم، وحل إشکالية العلاقة بين حکم الله تعالى وإمرة الناس.
وأوصيت بالعمل على نشر الدور التوعوي لنخبة من علماء الأزهر بفکرهم الوسطي في مؤسسات التربية والتعليم، وأنَّ تکون هناک مادة دراسية مضمونها الرد على شبهات غلاة التکفير ومنها موضوع «الحاکمية»، وبناء المفاهيم الصحيحة عن العقيدة والشريعة والأخلاق الإسلامية، وإنشاء قناة رسمية للأزهر الشريف تُعنى بتصحيح المفاهيم، وتجفيف منابع التطرف بتصويب المفاهيم المغلوطة.
 
Abstract:
This study is about what the area of ​​Islamic thought witnessed of takfiri thought in the past: its forefront was the Kharijites sect, which created the slogan "There is no judgment except for God", and modern: it was led by extremist takfiri groups and movements, which raised the slogan "Hakimiyyah with a poor understanding that distanced it from straight thought,  And as a result of this, they released the tongue to atone for Muslim societies, as they released the tongues in their breasts,  all of this results from a misunderstanding of the term “governance, with a misunderstanding.
Several approaches have been used in this research, the historical, analytical, and critical method.
 I reached in this research several results, the most important of which is that the Noble Qur’an added the proportion of governance to humans, “human governance”, so it is not contradictory between the divine governance and the human judgment, one of the requirements of God Almighty’s rule is to rule mankind, for human governance is a means of divine governance and not a counterpart to it.
And I recommend working on spreading the awareness role of an elite group of Al-Azhar scholars with their moderate thinking in educational institutions, and for a dramatic material to be included in the content of responding to the suspicions of extremists of takfir, including the topic of "governance", building correct concepts of Islamic belief, law and ethics, and establishing an official channel for Al-Azhar Al-Sharif which meant correcting  Concepts, draining the sources of extremism by correcting misconceptions.
