ينطلق هذا البحث من التعريف بهذا الجزء من الأجزاء الحديثية، وهو الأربعينات التي توارد جمع کبير من العلماء في التأليف فيه، حيث يجمع المؤلف أربعين حديثًا أو بابًا، وغالبًا ما يربطها مناسبة إما في السند أو المتن، ووجه التخصيص بهذا العدد ورود حديث في فضل من حفظ أربعين حديثًا، فجاء البحث واستعرض هذا الحديث بطرقه وشواهده، وتبين أنه ضعيف جدًّا، ثم أجاب على سؤال مفاده: هل تأليفات هؤلاء الأئمة في هذا الباب تفيد تقويتهم للحديث والعمل به وفيهم محدثون ونقاد؟ ثم بعد ذلک استعرض البحث فوائد هذه الأربعينات، وأهم المؤلفات فيها.
Summary of the research:
This research starts from the definition of this part of the hadith parts, which is the forties that a large group of scholars reported in its authorship, where the author collects forty hadiths or chapters, and often links them to an occasion either in the chain of transmission or in the text. He memorized forty hadiths, then the research came and reviewed this hadith with its methods and evidences, and it was found that it is very weak, then he answered a question that says: Are the writings of these imams in this section indicative of their strength in the hadith and acting on it, and among them are hadiths and critics? Then, the research reviewed the benefits of these forties, and the most important literature in them.
