مما لا يخفى على کل ذي لب أن شريعة الإسلام الغراء جاءت بمنهج متکامل بناء صالح لکل بني البشر  في جميع الأجواء والأنحاء ، والناظر لما حل في هذا الآوانة بالعالم أجمع من هذه الجائحة المسماة بفايروس کورنا ، فأردت أن أشارک بورقة عمل ببحث علمي تحت عنوان :" التدابير الواقية من الوباء من منظور شريعة الإسلام الغراء فايروس کورونا أنموذجا" ، لکي أتناول بعض الأسباب المادية والمعنوية التي تؤدي إلى الوقاية من الوباء عموما ، وما حل بالعالم اليوم من هذه الجائحة المسماة بفايروس کورونا خصوصا ، ولکي ينهض هذا البحث بالمهمة التي أنيطت به فقد احتوي -بإذن الله تعالى- على مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة .
وأما التمهيد : ففيه التعريف بمفردات عنوان البحث وإبراز محاسن الشريعة وشمولها وربانيتها  .
وأما المبحث الأول بعنوان :( التدابير الواقية المادية من الوباء من منظور شريعة الإسلام الغراء على المستوى الفردي والجماعي).ويشتمل على الأمور الأتية:
 أولا: الحجر الصحي بين الدول الموبوءة وغيرها  .
ثانيا: الحجر الصحي بين الأفراد الموبوئين وغيرهم في داخل الدولة الواحدة .
ثالثا: النظافة العامة والحث عليها .
رابعًا : النظافة الشخصية والحث عليها .
خامسًا: الحد من توقي التجمعات ومخالطة المواطنين لبعضهم البعض والالتزام بقرارات ولاة الأمور في ملازمة البيوت وعدم الخروج وغير ذلک.
وأما المبحث الثاني بعنوان:( التدابير الواقية المعنوية من الوباء من منظور شريعة الإسلام الغراء على المستوى الفردي والجماعي) . ويشتمل على الأمور الآتية:
 أولا: البعد عن الذنوب والأوزار والإکثار من التوبة والاستغفار من الذنوب الکبار والصغار والفواحش التي لها أثر خاص في نزول الطاعون والوباء . 
ثانيا : القيام بواجب الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنکر .
ثالثا: التضرع والدعاء لرب الأرض والسماء بالتحصينات والأذکار الشرعية ضد الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية .
رابعا: الإکثار من القرب والطاعات التي لها أثر في رفع الابتلاءات .
خامسا : التوکل على الله وحسن الظن به سبحانه وتعالى.
وأما الخاتمة: فتشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات وقائمة المصادر والمراجع، ثم بعد ذلک فهرس الموضوعات.

It is no secret to all that the law of Islam glue came with an integrated approach building fit for all human beings in all atmospheres and parts, and the look err and the eye of what happened in this time in the whole world of this pandemic called virus corna, I wanted to participate in a working paper with scientific research under the title: "Measures to protect against the epidemic from the perspective of the law of Islam glue Virus Corona model, in order to address some of the material and moral reasons that lead to the prevention of the epidemic in general, and what happened in the world today This pandemic, called the Corona Virus in particular, and in order to fulfill the task entrusted to it, has contained, God willing, an introduction, a preface, two researches and a conclusion.
With regard to the preface, it contains the definition of the vocabulary of the title of the research and highlighting the merits of the Shariah, its comprehensiveness and its merits.
The first topic is entitled :( Physical measures against the epidemic from the perspective of the islamic law glue at the individual and collectivelevel. includes:
First: Quarantine between infected countries and others.
Second:quarantine between the informers and others within the same country.
Third:hygiene and induction.
Fourth: personal hygiene and urging it.
Fifth:Reducing the prevention of gatherings and contact with citizens with each other and adhering to the decisions of the guardians of things in keeping with the houses and not going out and so on.
The second theme is entitled:( Measures to protect the moral of the epidemic from the perspective of the law of Islam glue at the individual and collective level). It includes:
  First: to stay away from sins and buttons and to be more repentant and to forgive the sins of the old and the young and the obscenities that have a special effect on the plague and the plague.
Secondly, doing the duty of doing the duty of doing good and forbidding evil.
Thirdly:praying and praying to the Lord of the Earth and heaven with the fortifications and Islamic remembrances against epidemics and infectious diseases.
Fourthly, there is a great lot of proximity and obedience that has the effect of raising the affliction.
Fifthly, relying on Allah and good faith in him.
The conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations and the list of sources and references, and then the index of topics.
