احترام المتعلم في السنة النبوية (دراسة موضوعية)

استهدف البحث التعرف إلى مفهوم احترام المتعلم ومنزلتهما في الإسلام، وقيمة الاحترام في الإسلام. ومکانة المتعلم في الإسلام. ومظاهر احترام المتعلم في السنة النبوية، وکان من أبرزها حسن استقبال المتعلم والترحيب به، وحوار المتعلم ومناقشته، وتقدير المتعلم واحترامه والصدق معه، وتقديم الأعمال الخِدْمِيَّة للمتعلم. ثم بيان أهمية احترام المتعلم في العملية التعليمية.
واعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي باستقراء نصوص السنة وتناولها کوحدة موضوعية واحدة وتحليل نصوصها.
وکان من أبرز نتائج البحث تعدد مظاهر احترام المتعلم في السنة. وعظم مکانة المتعلم وفضله في الإسلام. والأثر العظيم لاحترام المتعلم على العملية التعليمية وعلى المجتمع. وتوصل البحث لعدة توصيات منها دراسة الأحاديث النبوية دراسة دقيقة مبنية على التأمل وقائمة على الفهم، تجمع بين الأصالة والإبداع. وإعداد المعلمين إعدادًا جيدًا وتدريبهم على أهم المهارات والأساليب التربوية قبل نزولهم لميدان التعليم. والترکيز على دراسة الأحاديث التي تعمق العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطالب والمعلم لإنجاح العملية التعليمية.
  Abstract
The research aimed at recognizing the concept of a learner's respect and its position in Islam, the value of respect, the learner's status in Islam, and the appearances of a learner's respect in Islamic Sunnah. The most important of which, were good reception and welcoming of learner, dialogue and discussion with a learner, appreciation, respect, and truthfulness with a learner, providing services for him, and identifying the importance of a learner's respect in the educational process.
The research depended on the inductive and deductive approach, by inducting Sunnah scripts and dealing with them as a whole topic unit, and analyzing their texts.
The multiplicity of a learner's respect appearances in Sunnah, the great status and favor of a learner in Islam, and the great effect of a learner's respect on society and the educational process, were among the most important results of the research. The research concluded several recommendations such as: studying the prophet's hadith concisely based on reflection and comprehension, combining originality and creativity, good preparation and training of teachers on the main educational skills and techniques before they join the field of education, in addition to the concentration on studying hadith that deepen the human relationship between student and teacher for the success of the educational process.
