المستخلص

درست في هذا البحث حديث سويد بن قيس في قصته مع مخرفة العبدي، دراسة نقدية موسعة، وذلک بغرض الوقوف على ما فيه من فوائد حديثية، خاصة أنه أحد الأحاديث الصحيحة التي لم تخرج في الصحيحين، وقد ظهر لي من خلال البحث أن هذا الحديث مثال لما تقرر عند جماعة من أهل العلم من أن صاحبا الصحيح لم يستوعبا جميع الصحيح، بل انتقيا أصح الصحيح، کما تبين لي أن الاختلاف الشديد في الإسناد حتى لو کان في أمر غير مؤثر مثل الاختلاف في عين الصحابي أو اسمه ينزل درجة الحديث بحيث لا يکون في أعلى مراتب الصحة، وأن صاحبا الصحيح قد يستغنيان عن تخريج الحديث الصحيح لو جود ما هو أصح منه في الباب، وأن صحة الحديث لا تعني صحة جميع ما روي به من ألفاظ، ففي الأعم الأغلب أن الحديث الصحيح لا يسلم من روايات وألفاظ لا تثبت.
Abstract :
In this research, I studied the hadith of Suwaid bin Qais in his story with Makhrafa Al-Abdi, an extensive study, with the aim of finding out what it contains of hadith benefits, especially since it is one of the authentic hadiths that were not published in the two Sahihs, and it appeared to me through the research that this hadith is an example of what  It was decided by a group of scholars that the authors of al-Sahihain did not comprehend all the authentic hadiths, but rather chose the most authentic, and it turned out to me that the strong difference in the chain of transmission even if it is in a matter that is not influential, such as the difference in the companion himself or his name lowers the position of hadith so that it is not the  highest of the ranks of authenticity, and that the authors of AlSahihain may dispense with producing the authentic hadith if there is something more authentic  And that the authenticity of the hadith does not mean that all the words narrated in it are true. In the most general sense, the authentic hadith does not avoid narrations and expressions that are not proven
