هذا البحث يهدف إلي التحقيق العلمي فيما وصلت إليه الأبحاث العلمية والطبية في الأمراض والأوبئة وخاصة مرض الطاعون وکوفيد 19 وذلک عن طريق تخريج جملة من الأحاديث الواردة في کتب السنة المعتمدة وکذلک عن طريق ما ورد عن علماء الحديث والطب والتفسير والفقه وغيرهم ويتکون البحث من : تعريف الأزمة وکيفية إدارتها من وجهة نظرالسنة النبوية، بيان حقيقة الأزمة وآثارها الإيجابية والسلبية ،مفهوم القواعد النبوية و علم إدارة الأزمات وأنواعها ،نماذج من الأزمات الاجتماعية ، تعريف الأمراض والأوبئة ،والطاعون وکوفيد 19. أسباب ظهور کلا من الطاعون والفيروس، ذکر الآداب المتعلقة بمن أصابه الطاعون أو غيره من الأسقام، الأحکام المتعلقة بکلا منهما من الصلاة وغسل الميت والدفن، فيما يشرع فعله في الطاعون أو الوباء بعد وقوعه، الحکمة في النهي عن الخروج من البلد الذي وقع فيه الطاعون أو الوباء فرارا منه ، التوفيق بن أحاديث نفي العدوي وأحاديث الاثبات، القواعد النبوية في کيفية إدارة هذه الأزمة، القواعد النبوية في مبادئ إدارة الأزمة، القواعد النبوية في مراحل إدارة الأزمات ومنها: دراسة الازمة، طرح أکثر من أسلوب لإدارة الأزمة، علاج الأزمة واختيار أفضل وأنسب الأساليب لحلها.، الوقاية من الأزمة، الآثار المترتبة علي الأزمات ومنها :الايجابية والسلبية ، خصائص الأزمات الاجتماعية ،أعراض مرض الطاعون، أشکال الطاعون السريرية ،حقيقة مرض الطاعون،أعراض مرض کوفيد- 19أساب ظهور کلا من الطاعون والفيروس.
Abstract:
This research aims at scientific investigation of what scientific and medical research has reached in diseases and epidemics, especially the plague and Covid 19, by producing a number of hadiths contained in the approved Sunnah books, as well as through what has been reported by scholars of hadith, medicine, interpretation and jurisprudence And others, the research consists of: defining the crisis, and how to manage it from the point of view of the Prophet’s Sunnah, explaining the reality of the crisis, its positive and negative effects, the concept of prophetic rules, the science of crisis management and its types, models of social crises, the definition of diseases and epidemics, the plague and Covid 19. The reasons for the emergence of both the plague and the virus, mention the etiquette related to those affected by the plague or other illnesses, the rulings related to both of them from prayer, washing the dead, and burial, as it is prescribed to do in the plague, or an epidemic after its occurrence, the wisdom in prohibiting leaving, from the country in which it occurred The plague, or the epidemic to flee from it, Al-Tawfiq bin the hadiths denying the enemy, the hadiths of proof, the prophetic rules, in how to manage this crisis, the prophetic rules, in the principles of crisis management, the prophetic rules, in the stages of crisis management, including: studying the crisis, proposing more than one method for managing The crisis, the treatment of the crisis, and the selection of the best and most appropriate methods to solve it., Prevention of the crisis, the consequences of crises, including: positive and negative, characteristics of social crises, symptoms of plague, clinical forms of plague, the reality of plague disease, symptoms of Covid 19 - the reasons for the emergence of both Plague and virus.
