الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد:
عنوان البحث: أقوال النبيr  في أمور الدنيا وحـي، أم اجتهاد منه ورأي؟
تضمن البحث: مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
أما المقدمة: فاشتملت على أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهداف البحث، ومشکلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث.
أما المبحث الأول: أقوال النبي r واجتهاداته في الأمور الدنيوية هل هي وحي؟، الآراء والأدلة في ذلک. ويشتمل على مطلبين:
المطلب الأول: الرأي الأول، وأشهر أدلته. 
المطلب الثاني: الرأي الثاني، وأشهر دليل لهم.
والمبحث الثاني: الروايات الواردة في تأبير النخل، وبيان الغريب وأقوال الشراح فيها. ويشتمل على ثلاثة مطالب:
المطلب الأول: الروايات الواردة في تأبير النخل.
المطلب الثاني: بيان الغريب.
المطلب الثالث: ذکر أقوال شراح الحديث.
وأما الخاتمة: فقد ذکرت فيها أهم نتائج البحث.
وانتهى البحث بالفهارس: وتشتمل على فهرس المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات.
Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.
Title of the research: " Are The Prophet Traditions in Life Matters Inspiration, or His Own Diligence And Opinion?"
The research included: introduction, two topics, conclusion, and indexes.
Introduction, included the importance of the research, the reasons for selection of the topic, the objectives of the research, the research problem, previous studies, the research plan, and the research methodology.
First topic: the prophet traditions and his jurisprudence in life matters, are they a inspiration or opinions, and evidence in that. It includes two requirements:
First requirement: the first opinion, and its most famous evidence.
Second requirement: the second opinion, and its most famous evidence.
Second topic: the narrations mentioned in the interpretation of (contemplation of the palms )Tabeer Alnakhl, and the statement of the strange and the sayings of the commentators therein. It includes three requirements:
first requirement: the narrations mentioned in the contemplation of the palm.
Second requirement: the stranger's statement.
Third requirement: to mention the sayings of Hadith commentators.
Conclusion: I mentioned the most important findings of the research.
The search ended with indexes: includes an index of sources and references, and an index of subjects.
