صِيَانَةُ الاحتِمَال دِرَاسَةٌ وصفِيَّةٌ في إطَارِ المنهَجِ القُرآنِي

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة منهج القرآن الکريم في العدل والإنصاف من خلال صيانة الاحتمال وعدم التعميم في إطلاق الأحکام، إذ يُمهِّد بالتعريف بالمنهج القرآني وبيان أبرز سماته ومزاياه، ثم يُبيِّن المراد بمنهج صيانة الاحتمال وکيفية تناول المفسرين له تسميةً ووصفًا، وتترکَّز مادته على دراسة أبرز الآيات القرآنية التي ورد فيها هذا المنهج، وقد سلک الباحث فيه منهج الاستقراء الوصفي، کما يلتزم البحث بالجوانب الفنيَّة المتَّبعة في البحث العلمي، ويُختتم بفهارس تُسهِّل الاستفادة منه، وقد خَلُصَ البحث إلى النتائج التالية:أنَّ إنصاف القرآن الکريم للمخالفين من خلال منهج صيانة الاحتمال وعدم تعميم الأحکام، وذِکْر ما فيهم من الخير، وما عندهم من الحق، وعدم غمطهم حقهم؛ يُعَدُّ من أهم الأسباب المؤثرة في قبول الدعوة.واهتمام القرآن الکريم بهذا المنهج القويم في إنصاف المخالفين، وذلک واضحٌ جليٌّ في کثير من الآيات القرآنية، وهو أکثر وضوحًا في الآيات التي تمت دراستها في هذا البحث.وأنَّ المفسرين تناولوا وصف هذا المنهج بعبارات متنوعة تدور حول: (عدم التعميم - الحکم على الأکثر - الاستثناء بعد إطلاق الحکم - إنصاف المخالفين في الحجَّة بعد الحکم على مُعظمهم بصيغةٍ تَعُمُّهم - صيانة الاحتمال) والتعبير الأخير هو ما اخترته عنوانًا لهذا البحث، وقد تفرَّد بذکره الشعراوي -رحمه الله- في ستة عشر موضعًا من تفسيره.
 
ABSTRACT:
This research addresses with the study of the Noble Qur’an approach to justice and fairness by preserving probability and not generalizing in the issuance of judgments, as it introduces the Qur’anic method and explains its most prominent features and advantages, then shows what is meant by the method of preserving probability and how the exegetes dealt with it in terms and description. In which this approach is mentioned, and the researcher has followed a descriptive- induction approach, and the research complied to the technical aspects followed in scientific research, and it is concluded with indexes that facilitate to benefit from it.
The research concluded with the following results:
-That the Noble Qur’an be fair to those who violate it through a methodology of preserving probability and not generalizing rulings, stating what is good in them, what they have of the right, and not neglecting them in their rights. It is one of the most important reasons effecting accepting the Da’wah.
-The concern of the Noble Qur’an in this correct approach to redressing the violators, and this is evident in many Qur’anic verses, and it is more evident in the verses that have been studied in this research.
-The exegetes have dealt with the description of this approach in various terms revolving around: (non-generalization - ruling at most - the exception after issuing the judgment - fairness to the violators in the argument after judging most of them in a formula that encompasses them - preserving‎ of probability) and the last expression is what I chose as the title of this research, and was singularly mentioned  by Al-Sha'raawi - may Allah have mercy on him - in sixteen places of his interpretation.
