هذا البحث تناول بالدراسة والتحقيق سورة الفاتحة من کتاب ينابيع العلوم للعلامة شمس الدين ,أحمد بن الخليل الخويي (توفي 637) ويتناول البحث جزءً يسيراً وينبوعاً واحداً من ينابيعَ کثيرة, وضعها المؤلف في هذا الکتاب الذي حوى جملةً من العلوم والفنونِ ومنها علم التفسيرِ الذي منه جزئية هذا التحقيق
تکمن أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره إبراز جهود علماء الأمة بالقرآن الکريم تعلماً وتعليماً وتدبراً وتفسيراً واستنباطاً.حاجة إخراج هذا المخطوط إلى التحقيق والدراسة والنشر کونه لم يتناوله أحد من الباحثين. إخراج تراث علمائنا المتقدمين، وإبراز جهودهم المبارکة.الإسهام في خدمة القرآن الکريم والدراسات القرآنية.الوقوف على اتجاهات التفسير في هذه الحقبة الزمنية، من القرن السابع عشر.
وقد نهج المؤلف نهجاً جميلاً في تصنيفهِ لهذا المؤلف حيث وضعَ فيه سبع لطائف علمية من ثم أتبعها في کل سورة بسبعٍ (مستملحات) کما أسماها
وجاء البحثٌ في مبحثينِ ، الأول: فيه دراسة عن المؤلف والکتاب، والثاني: تحقيق النص، وقد سلکت فيه المنهج المتبع في التحقيق العلمي، واعتمدتُ في تحقيق هذا البحث على ثلاثِ نسخ خطية.

This research deals with study and investigation Surat Al-Fatihah from the book Yanabe` al-Uloom by the scholar Shams al-Din, Ahmad ibn al-Khalil al-Khoyi (died 637). The importance of the topic, and the reasons for choosing it to highlight the efforts of the nation’s scholars in the Noble Qur’an for learning, education, contemplation, interpretation and deduction, lie in the need to produce this manuscript for investigation, study and publication, as no researcher has dealt with it. Producing the heritage of our advanced scholars and highlighting their blessed efforts. Contributing to the service of the Noble Qur’an and Qur’anic studies. Identifying the trends of interpretation in this period of time, from the seventeenth century. The author took a beautiful approach in his classification of this author, as he put in it seven scholarly categories, then followed them in each surah with seven (aspirations) as he named
The research came in two papers, The first: it includes a study of the author and the book, The second: Verification of the text, and I followed the methodology followed in the scientific investigation, and in achieving this research I relied on three written copies.
