استشراف مستقبل الفکر الإسلامي عبر مراکز البحوث العلمية والأقسام الشرعية في جامعة تبوک على ضوء رؤية 2030م دراسة تحليلية تطبيقية

تهدف الدراسة إلى بناء البرامج التي تعزز تطبيق رؤية 2030م في مراکز البحوث العلمية، من أجل استشراف الفکر الاسلامي في السعودية، والکشف عن وسائل تحقيق الرؤية في مراکز البحوث العلمية، وريادة الفکر الإسلامي في السعودية بين بقية الدول الأخرى. منهج الدراسة: سوف تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلک بهدف تحديد دور مراکز البحث العلمي في تطوير الفکر الاسلامي، ومعرفة أبرز المعوقات التي تواجهها مراکز البحوث الاسلامية، ثم العمل على تعزيز رؤية 2030م من خلال برامج ومقترحات. مجتمع الدراسة: مراکز البحوث العلمية والأقسام الشرعية بجامعة تبوک، أداة الدراسة: الاستبانة. فصول الدراسة: الفصل الأول: مشکلة البحث ومصطلحاته. الفصل الثاني: الإطار النظري للدراسة. المبحث الأول: صلة الرؤية الوطنية بالفکر الإسلامي. المطلب الأول: أهميَّة الرُّؤية، ووجه الارتباط بينها وبين الفکر الإسلامي. المطلب الثاني: أهداف استشراف مستقبل الفکر الإسلامي في مراکز البحوث العلميَّة بجامعة تبوک على ضوء رؤية (2030م). المبحث الثاني: وسائل وأساليب استشراف الفکر الإسلامي في مراکز البحوث العلمية من خلال رؤية ((2030م)). المطلب الأول: معوِّقات بحوث الفکر الإسلامي في مرکز البحوث. المطلب الثاني: وسائل وأساليب استشراف مستقبل الفکر الإسلامي في مراکز البحوث على ضوء رؤية المملکة (2030م). الفصل الثالث: منهج البحث وإجراءاته. الفصل الرابع: تحليل بيانات الدراسة ومناقشتها نتائجها. المبحث الأول: تحليل بيانات الدراسة وتفسيرها. المبحث الثاني: التصوُّر المقترح لتطوير مراکز البحوث بجامعة تبوک. الخاتمة، وفيها: أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract :
The study aims to build programs that promote the implementation of the 2030 vision in scientific research centers, in order to explore Islamic thought in Saudi Arabia, and to uncover means to achieve the vision in scientific research centers, and to lead Islamic thought in Saudi Arabia among the rest of other countries. Study Curriculum: The study will depend on the descriptive and analytical approach, with the aim of determining the role of scientific research centers in developing Islamic thought, identifying the most prominent obstacles faced by Islamic research centers, and then working to promote the 2030 vision through programs and proposals. Study population: Scientific Research Centers and Sharia departments at the University of Tabuk, the study tool: the questionnaire. Classes of the study: The first chapter: the research problem and its terminology. The second semester: The theoretical framework of the study. The first topic: The relevance of the national vision to Islamic thought. The first requirement: the importance of the vision, and the link between it and Islamic thought. The second requirement: the objectives of anticipating the future of Islamic thought in the scientific research centers at the University of Tabuk in light of the vision of (2030). The second topic: Means and methods of foreseeing Islamic thought in scientific research centers through a vision (2030). The first requirement: impediments to researching Islamic thought in the Research Center The second requirement: means and methods of anticipating the future of Islamic thought in research centers in light of the Kingdom's vision (2030). Chapter Three: Research methodology and procedures.  Chapter Four: Analysis of the study data and discussion of its results. The first topic: Analysis and interpretation of the study data. The second topic: the proposed vision for developing research centers at the University of Tabuk Conclusion, and  it includes: The most important findings and recommendations.
