ما نزل بشأن النساء في القرآن الکريم

إن المتأمل في آيات الذکر الحکيم يلمس في وضوح، ويدرک في جلاء، أن هذا الکتاب القيم يکرم المرأة کما يکرم الرجل، وينادي –صباح مساء –بإبطال ما کان عليه أهل الجاهلية من إنکارهم
حقوق النساء، وقد استوقفت کثيراً عند آيات قرآنية عديدة نزلت لإنصاف المرأة، أو تلبية لاحتياجات لها أو رغبة عندها، ربما يجهلها الکثيرون  فأردت أن أکتب بحثاً في هذا الموضوع، وقضت طبيعة بحثي هذا أن يأتي على الوجه الآتي:  مقدمة وتمهيد و ثلاث مباحث وخاتمة .
أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها  نبذة يسيرة عن جوانب تکريم القرآن الکريم للمرأة وأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه.والتمهيد فقد تناولت فيه نبذة يسيرة عن أسباب النزول.
المبحث الأول: آيات نزلت في أحداث أسرية.  ويشتمل على ثلاث مطالب: المطلب الأول: مشروعية الخلع . والمطلب الثاني: حاجة کل من الزوجين للآخر والمطلب الثالث: المرأة التي سمع الله شکواها.  
والمبحث الثاني: إبطال عادات الجاهلية .ويشتمل على أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: الزوجة تمتلک حق الصداق. والمطلب الثاني: للمرأة نصيب في الميراث. والمطلب الثالث: المرأة ليست متاع .  والمطلب الرابع: تحريم الإکراه على البغاء.
المبحث الثالث: الأنصاف القرآني للمرأة .ويشتمل على مطلبين :المطلب الأول.توجيه الخطاب القرآني للنساء. والمطلب الثاني: عدم إرجاع المؤمنة إلى دار الکفر.
 ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة موجزة، فيها خلاصة فکرته، وإجمال مفصله، وقفيت ذلک بثبت المراجع.
 Abstract:
The one who contemplates the verses of the Holy Quran clearly touches, and realizes clearly, that this valuable book honors women as it honors men.
He calls - morning and evening - to nullify the denial of women’s rights by the people of the Jahiliyya, and I have looked at many verses of the Qur’an that were revealed to do justice to women, or to fulfill their needs or desires.
The nature of my research decided that it should come in the following manner: an introduction, an introduction, three discussions and a conclusion.
As for the introduction, it dealt with a brief overview of the aspects of the Noble Qur’an honoring women, the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and my methodology in it.
As for the introduction, I dealt with a brief summary of the causes of descent.
The first topic: Verses revealed in family events. It includes three demands: The first requirement: the legality of khula. The second requirement: the need for each of the spouses for the other The third requirement: the woman whose complaint God heard.
The second topic: nullifying the habits of ignorance. It includes four demands: The first requirement: the wife has the right to the dowry. The second requirement: a woman has a share in the inheritance. The third requirement: a woman is not a luggage. Fourth requirement: the prohibition of coercion into prostitution.
The third topic: Qur’anic equity for women. It includes two requirements
The first requirement: directing the Qur’anic discourse to women. The second requirement: not to return the believer to the abode of unbelief.
Then I concluded the research with a brief conclusion, in which a summary of his idea, and an outline of its detailed, and I stood that with the references confirmed
