يتناول هذا البحث الرواة الذين قال فيهم الحافظ ابن حجر " تُکلم فيهم بلا حجة" من خلال کتابه التقريب, وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى نقد الأقوال التي يقع فيها التعارض والاختلاف في الراوي, وقد جدنا أن الحافظ ابن حجر قد أصاب فيهم جميعاً حيث رفع الحديث عنهم، وانتصر لهم, کما تناول إطلاق الحافظ ابن حجر على بعض الرواة عبارة تکلم فيهم بلا حجة, وتم حصر الرواة من تقريب التهذيب الذين وصفوا  بذلک, وقد بلغ عددهم ثمان وعشرون راوياً.
ABSTRACT
This research deals with the narrators whom Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar told about them without argument through his book Al-Taqreeb. This study aims to criticize the sayings in which the narrators are inconsistent and different. It was revealed that Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar has investigated all of them as he raised the sayings about them. He also addressed the usage of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar a phrase that was spoken about them without an argument on some of the narrators. The narrators were identified from the approximation of the refinement "Taqrib Altahdhib" who described this, and their number reached twenty-eight narrators.
