المستخلص

تناول هذا البحث "المسائل الخلافية في المذهب الحنبلي تاريخها ونشأتها" في باب المياه، والهدف منه تمييز المسائل المنصوصة عن الإمام أحمد من المسائل المنصوصة عن أصحابه، والتحقق من مدى موافقة المتأخرين لنصوص الإمام أحمد. 
وقد أشار البحث في التمهيد: إلى المراد بالحنابلة المتأخرين، ومعرفة المذهب عندهم.
وتعرض البحث في الفصل الأول: إلى المسائل الفقهية الواردة في باب المياه، وهي: الماء المتغير بما لا يمازجه، والماء الـمُسَخَن بنجس، والماء المتغير بمکثه أو بطاهر يشق صونه عنه، والماء الـمُسَخَن بطاهر، والطهارة بالماء المستعمل، والطهارة بفضل طهور المرأة، وتغير أحد أوصاف الماء بطاهر، والماء المغموس فيه يد قائم من نوم ليل، ومخالط الماء الکثير للنجاسة، وملاقاة الماء القليل للنجاسة، والشک في طهارة ماء أو نجاسته، واشتباه الماء الطهور بالنجس، واشتباه الطهور الطاهر، واشتباه الثياب الطاهرة بالنجسة.
وخلُص البحث في خاتمته: إلى عدم صحة ما قيل بأن: (أکثر ما في الإقناع والمنتهى مخالف لمذهب الإمام أحمد ونصه) في باب المياه؛ حيث تبين من خلال البحث التزام المتأخرين بنصوص الإمام أحمد وعدم مخالفتها.
 
Abstract :
this research discusses” the argumentative   topics among theHANBALI doctrine, its history and its evolution “in the book of, the purity. the aim of the research is to differentiate between the stated texts of imam AHMED   about the stated-on topics of his   followers, and verifying the extent of the late agreement about the texts ofImaAhmed.
 the research referred to in the preamble “what is meant by the late hanabla.  Recognizing the creed among them.
 in the first chapter, the paper discussed the Islamic law matters (jurisprudence) in the part of the water, which is the changeable water, the heated water, with impurity, the changeable water with   purity, the purity with the used water. the purity due to the purity of the woman, the change for one properties of the pure water. and the sinking water in it, by the hand of Aman awakening from the night sleeping. . joining the water filled with impurity. meeting the water of little impurity. doubting the purity of the water or its impurity, doubting the pure water of being impure, suspecting the pure purity, suspecting the pure clothes with impurity.
 the research concluded that in its conclusion: the incorrectness   of what was said that (most of the conviction and the final was contrasted with the doctrine of IMAM AHMED and his text), as it appeared through the research the commitment of the late with the texts of imam ahmed and its non-contradiction.
