إزالة الالتباس عن رجال صحيح البخاري الذين ضعفوا لاتفاقهم في الأسماء وأسماء الآباء مع الضعفاء

هناک رواة تتفق أسماؤهم وتفترق أشخاصهم مما کان سبباً في دفع همم علماء الحديث لتوجيه عنايتهم بنوع من أنواع علوم الحديث، عرف في اصطلاحهم بالمتفق والمفترق.
   ومن المتفق والمفترق رواة في صحيح البخاري اتفقت أسماؤهم مع رواة ضعفاء، وضعفوا بسبب الالتباس والاشتباه بينهم وبين هؤلاء، فرأيت من واجبي أن أقوم بإزالة هذا الالتباس والاشتباه، دفاعا عن صحيح الإمام البخاري ورجاله، فقمت بجمع رواة صحيح البخاري الذين تتفق أسماؤهم مع غيرهم من الضعفاء والثقات، ثم قمت بذکر أسباب الالتباس والاشتباه، ووسائل التمييز بينهم، وبيان ما يترتب على عدم التمييز من أوهام وأغلاط، لأزيل عن هؤلاء الرواة ما لحق بهم من تضعيف على سبيل الظن والوهم والاشتباه، راجيا المولى عز وجل أن يرزقني التوفيق والسداد، والإخلاص في القول والعمل، اللهم آمين.
   ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أهمية معرفة المتفق والمفترق، فقد زلّ بسبب عدم ضبطه جماعة من الکبار، فظنوا الأشخاص المتفقين في الأسماء وغيرها شخصاً واحداً، فضعفوا ما هو صحيح وصححوا ما هو ضعيف، وذلک لاشتباه الثقة بالضعيف والعکس. أن من ضَعّفوا رواة صحيح البخاري المتفقين في الأسماء مع الضعفاء إنما کان تضعيفهم على سبيل الوهم والاشتباه.
   وأوصي الباحثين المتخصصين في السنة النبوية وعلومها أن يتناولوا هذا الموضوع في سائر کتب السنة، ويتعمقوا في دراسته حتى يزيلوا اللبس والاشتباه بين الرواة من نوع المتفق والمفترق، فقد اقتصر بحثي على رواة صحيح البخاري نظرا لطبيعة البحوث العلمية.
 Abstract:
There are some Hadith narrators, who have the same names, although their trust degree is different, that motivated the scholars of Hadith to care about an important branch of Hadith; that called " Al- Muttafiq and Al- Muftariq". In "Sahih Al-Bukharii" there are some trusted narrators, whose names agree with doubtful Ones, and they were weakened because of that confusion. So I found it is my duty to reveal this confusion and defence "Sahih Ai-Bukharii" and its Rijal. To do that I collected the narrators of "Sahih Ai-Bukharii" who agree with the doubtful narrators in names, then I mentioned the reasons of confusion and the ways to differentiate between the two groups of narrators. I also mentioned the upon undifferentiation resulted mistakes to remove the weakeness that hit  the trusted narrators by suspicion and guess. The most important result of the research is to snow the importance of  "AL-Muttafiq w al-Muftariq". Some of the wellknown scholars of Hadith missed the right way to judge some narrators because of the agreement in names, so they weakened the trusted and strengthened the Weak. Their wrong Judgment was because of confusion and unclearness of the similar names. I advise the Hadith researchers to take this topic" al-Muttafiq w Al-Muftariq" up in all Hadith books and to study it well to remove the confusion between the narrators in the field of " Al-Muttafiq w Al-Muftariq". My research focused only on the narrators of "Sahih Al-Bukharii" according to the conditions of academic researches.
