قمت بکتابة هذا البحث؛ حتى أبين انحراف وضلال الخوارج، ممن يدعون الناس إلى الخروج على حکامهم، وولاة أمورهم بالقوة، عن طريق المظاهرات والاعتصامات، وقد بينت في هذا البحث أن هذا المنهج" منهج الخروج على الحکام" منهج مخالف لصحيح الدين، الذي ورد في السنة الصحيحة عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، والذي أمر بطاعة ولي الأمر مالم يأت بکفر بواح؛ لا شک فيه ولا تأويل، فذکرت في هذا البحث بعض الأحاديث التي حثت على وجوب طاعة الإمام.
وذکرت أقوال العلماء وشروحهم في بيان فساد منهج الخوارج، وأن الإسلام قد حث المسلمين علي طاعة أولياء الأمور، من الحکام والأمراء حتي وإن جاروا وظلموا، وبينت أن المنهج الحق هو في الصبر علي الإمام وطاعته، والجهاد معه ما لم يأت بکفر بواح لا شک فيه ولا تأويل.
وذکرت کذلک بعض الأحاديث التي وردت في ذم الخوارج، والتحذير منهم ومن شرورهم، وخطرهم على المجتمع المسلم، وبينت في هذا البحث بطلان +استدلال الخوارج، على جواز الخروج على الحکام، بخروج الصالحين من العلماء، وآل البيت الکرام، وکان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث: أن کل من خرج على إمام من أئمة المسلمين، وخالف الجماعة، فهو من الخوارج ، وأن أول بدعة وقعت في الإسلام فتنة الخوارج، وأن من صفات الخوارج: الاستعجال في تکفير الناس، وکذلک الاستعجال في القتال. وأن أکثر من ينخدع بالخوارج: العامة من الناس، وذلک لجميل کلامهم في الظاهر، وحسن عبادتهم وهم أبعد ما يکونوا عن الحق، وأن الخوارج لا يعرف علاماتهم ولا صفاتهم إلا الراسخون في العلم، وبينت في هذا البحث بالأدلة الصحيحة من السنة، أن المنهج الحق في الإسلام ، عدم جواز الخروج على الحاکم المسلم، وأنه يجب على جماعة المسلمين السمع والطاعة للإمام ما لم يأت بکفر بواح.
Abstract:
I wrote this research; Until I show the deviation and misguidance of the Kharijites, who call people to rebel against their rulers, and those in charge of their affairs by force, through demonstrations and sit-ins, and I have shown in this research that this approach “the approach to revolt against the rulers” is a method that contradicts the correct religion, which was mentioned in the authentic Sunnah on the authority of the Messenger of God The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the one who commanded obedience to the ruler as long as he did not bring about open disbelief; There is no doubt about it and there is no interpretation, so I mentioned in this research some of the hadiths that urged the obligation to obey the imam, and I also mentioned some of the hadiths that came in condemning the Kharijites, warning them and their evils, and their danger to the Muslim community, and I showed in this research the invalidity of the Kharijites’ inference, on the permissibility of exiting On the rulers, with the departure of the righteous from the scholars, and the honorable members of the House, and one of the most important results of this research: that everyone who revolts against an imam from among the imams of the Muslims, and disagrees with the group, is from the Kharijites, and that the first heresy that occurred in Islam is the fitnah of the Kharijites, and that one of the characteristics of the Kharijites: Urgency in atonement of people, as well as urgency in fighting. And that most of those who are deceived by the Kharijites are: the common people, and that is because of their beautiful speech on the surface, and the goodness of their worship, and they are far from the truth, and that the Kharijites do not know their signs or characteristics except those who are firmly rooted in knowledge. Islam, the inadmissibility of revolting against the Muslim ruler, and that the group of Muslims must listen and obey the imam unless he comes with open disbelief.
