فقه الربا "تأصيلٌ وتقصيدٌ في تخريج فروعهِ المعاصرة على الأصول"

تُعنى هذه الدراسة بجانِبَيْ التأصيل والتقصيد في تخريج فروع فقه الربا على أُصوله، مع رَعْيٍ لبعضِ فروعهِ المعاصرة، وتحقيقٍ لبعض مثاراتِ الغلط في جملةٍ من التخريجات للفروع على ما لا يصلحُ من الأصول، کما أَن هذه الدراسة قد نَحَتَتْ تأصيل قاعدةٍ نوازليةٍ تمِيْزُ العملَ بالنقود عن العملِ في النقود، بما يتحصَّلُ معهُ التصديقُ بالأحکام الشرعية المتعلقة بأبواب الربا تصديقاً حاصلاً من الأدلة التفصيلية التي نُصِبَتْ في الشرع على تلک القضايا.
 
Abstract:
This study concerns the aspects of rooting and excavating in the graduation of branches of Reba jurisprudence on its origins، with the grazing of some of its contemporary branches، and the realization of some of the dispersions in a number of graduations of branches on the unsuitable assets، and this study has carved out the rooting of a rule of balance that distinguishes the work of money from working in money، so that the ratification of the legal provisions relating to Reba doors obtains the certification of detailed evidence that has been established in the Sharia on these issues.
