منهجية التعامل مع الخدم في الشريعة الاسلامية

من محاسن الشريعة الغراء أنها دعت إلى التواصل والتقارب بين الأهل والأقارب ، والأصدقاء والجيران ، لتبقى العلاقات بين الناس موصولة ، وحبل المودة بينهم ممدود .
ولعل صفة التراحم من أبرز  صفات المجتمع الإسلامي ، فهو يقوم  على التعارف والتواصل ، والتکافل ، والتوادّ ، والتواصي بالحق وبالصبر
و هذا البحث يحتوي على  مقدمة و مبحثين وخاتمة :أما المقدمة تشتمل على أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره ، والدراسات السابقة ، ومنهج البحث.أما المبحث الأول فهو حکم الخلوة بالخادمة،والمبحث الثاني : حکم خلوة العبد بسيدته.
ولقد توصلت من خلال کتابة البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها ما يلي :
يجوز إعارة صغيرة أو قبيحة للخدمة يؤمن من الأجنبي على کل منهما لإنتفاء خوف الفتنة،کراهية إستئجار المرأة للرجل الأعزب إذا کان ذلک يستدعي حدوث خلوة أو إنکشاف عورة أو حدوث فتنة من الفتن کالنظر المحرم،ترجيح القول بحرمة خلوة العبد بسيدته لأنه يحل له التزوج بها بعد کتابته،تحريم الخلوة بالخادمة.
 Abstract:
Of the beauties of sharee'ah it's called to communion and closeness between parents, relatives, friends and neighbors, to keep relations between people are connected, and the affection between them elongated.
Perhaps in two of the most prominent Islamic community compassion based on acquaintance and communion, solidarity, and mutual affection, the orders right and patience.Mixing is forbidden in Islam, as overseer of the scourge on the individual and society
And this research contains an introduction and three chapters and a conclusion:   Either front include the importance of the subject, and why he chose, and previous studies, and research methodology. Either the first section is entitled conditions for accepting an invitation-  And the second aspect: being alone with the maid. -   And the third section: ruling on being alone with anticompetitive flaws of marriage.- Either conclusion which stated the most important findings of the research had ziltha a list of sources and references
Through writing the research, I reached several results, the most important of which are the following:It is permissible to loan a small or ugly one for the service, insure from the foreigner on both of them to avoid the fear of sedition, hatred of the woman’s hiring for a single man if that calls for the occurrence of seclusion or the exposure of one’s private parts or the occurrence of sedition from temptation such as forbidden looking.
