يتلخص بحث "مرويات أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه في مسند الإمام أحمد من غير طريق القاسم بن عبد الرحمن عنه" جمعا ودراسة" في جمع هذه الروايات ودراستها، وبيان الصحيح منها، والضعيف، حيث بلغ عدد الرواة عنه في المسند من غير القاسم أربعا وأربعين (44) راويا، منهم خمسة وثلاثون (35) راويا أخرج لهم أصحاب الکتب الستة، أخرج البخاري لراويين اثنين (2) فقط، وأخرج مسلم لسبعة (7) رواة، وبلغت رواياتهم في المسند ثلاث وسبعون (73) رواية. أخرج منها البخاري روايتين، ومسلم أربع (4) روايات. والمقبول منها (34) رواية. والباقي منها ضعيف. ونتج عن هذا البحث أن مدرسة أبي أمامة الباهلي، ليست من المدارس الراسخة قدما في علم الرواية، بل يغلب على رواتها الضعف، ولا تکاد تجد فيهم عينا أو رأسا من أهل الرواية والحديث.
  Abstract:
The research “The Narratives of Abi Umamah, may God be pleased with him in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad without the path of Al-Qasim bin Abd Al-Rahman from him” collection and study, is summarized in collecting and studying these narrations, and clarifying the correct ones, and the weak ones, as the number of narrators from him in the Musnad without Al-Qasim reached forty-four ( 44) Narrators, including thirty-five (35) narrators, for whom were the authors of the six books, Al-Bukhari produced two (2) narrators only, and Muslim produced seven (7) narrators, and their narrations in the Musnad amounted to seventy-three (73) narrations. And Muslim has four (4) narrations, and the accepted of them is (34) narrations, and the rest of them are weak. The result of this research is that the school of Abu Umamah Al-Bahili is not one of the well-established schools in the field of narration, rather its narrators are mostly weak, and you hardly find an eye or a head in them. From the people of the novel and hadith.
