قِصَّةُ جَمَلِ جَابِرِ بنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ (رضي الله عنه) « رواية ودراية » دراسة حديثية متخصصة

يستهدف البحث بيان أن الاختلاف في ألفاظ الحديث الواحد لا يُعد في جميع الحالات اضطرابا اصطلاحيا يؤثر على صحة الرواية وسلامتها، وأن الاشتراط في البيع أمر جائز باتفاق ، وأن الاستثناء في البيع لا خلاف عليه ما لم يحل حراما أو يحرم حلالا، وأن اختلاف الروايات في تحديد ثمن الجمل، وتباينها الواضح في ذکر ردة فعل جابر لا يُعد من باب المشکل من الحديث. کما تفيد هذه القصة وتهدف إلى خلق نفوس مؤمنة تعرف معنى الإيثار والمودة وجبر الخاطر وعون الأخرين، وغير ذلک. وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أنتجت هذه الدراسة نتائج عدة کان من أبرزها: أن هذا الحديث محل الدراسة حديث صحيح متفق عليه، يرويه عن جابر جمعٌ من ثقات التابعين، وأن هذه المسألة موضوع الحديث وإن تناولها غير واحد من الشراح في ثنايا کتبهم إلا أن جمعها من خلال هذه الدراسة في موضع واحد بکل تفاصيلها يسهل على القارئ ويقرب له النفع وتعظم به الفائدة، وأن هذا الحديث وإن کانت له روايات کثيرة في الکتب الستة وغيرها، وبينها اختلاف کثير في الألفاظ بالزيادة والنقص والتبديل إلا أن القصة ‌واحدة، ولم يُعدُّ هذا الاختلاف مشکلا ، کما أظهرت الدراسة مسألة الاضطراب الذي لا يؤثر على صحة الرواية ، وأکدت أنه ليس کل اختلاف وإن طال يعد اضطرابا تسقط به الرواية. وأخيرا يُعد هذا الحديث مثالا تطبيقيا للعلة غير القادحة، ذلک أن الاختلاف في لفظه کثير على نحو ما ورد بالدراسة. الکلمات المفتاحية: أعيا - بعنيه - جملک - وقية - ماکستک - حملانه - أرمک.
Abstract: The research aims to show that the difference in the words of one hadith is not in all cases a conventional disorder that affects the validity and integrity of the novel,And that the requirement to sell is permissible by agreement,And that the exception in the sale is not disputed unless it is forbidden or prohibited halal,The different accounts in determining the price of sentences, and their apparent difference in mentioning Jaber's reaction, are not a problem. This story also benefits and aims to create faithful souls that know the meaning of altruism, affection, reparation, help for others, etc.In this research, I have followed the descriptive analytical approach, This study has produced several results, the most prominent of which was: this conversation in question is a valid and agreed talk,narrated by Jaber, a collection of the trusts of the followers,And that this issue is the subject of discussion and that it is addressed not one of the commentators in the folds of their books, but collecting it through this study in one place in all its details makes it easier for the reader and brings him closer to the benefit and maximizes his interest,And that this talk, although it has many novels in the six books and others, including a lot of differences in words by increasing,decreasing and switching, but the story is the same,This widespread difference is no longer a problem, as the study showed the issue of disorder that does not affect the validity of the novel,She stressed that not every difference, although long, was a disturbance in which the novel fell. Finally, this is an applied example of the non-instalable illness, as the difference in its wording is as frequent as reported in the study.
