يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على ثبات السنن الکونية ودلالة ذلک على الحضارات الإنسانية ، حيث يتناول البحث سورة النمل بصورة موضوعية . حيث جاء العنوان : "ثبات السنن الکونية ودلالاتها على الحضارات الإنسانية " ( بالتطبيق على سورة النمل). کما تناولت: مفاهيم حول الحضارة في الرؤية الإسلامية وسنن التمکين الخضاري للحضارات الموحدة لله وثبات سنن التمکين المادي ، کما تناول ثبات السنن الکونية بتنوع الحضارات الى مؤمنة وکافرة ، والمدلول الحضاري في إعداد القوة والترفه بالنعمة والکبرياء والشرک، والمدلول الحضاري بالإفساد والإقرار بالفطرة واستصحاب وسيلة إعلامية .ثم ثبات السنن الکونية بحوار الحضارات وليس صدامها داخليا ًو ثبات السنن الکونية في المجال الخارجي للحضارات ، أيضاً ثبات السنن الکونية في حال الإنقلاب الذهني والنفسي ، ومدلول الإنحلال الخلقي والإنقلاب عن وحدانية الله ، وتدهور الحضارات عند غياب التوحيدوأخيراً: ثبات السنن الکونية بدلالة الإغاثة والدعاء والهداية والخلق والنشأة والرزق والجهل بالعلم بالغيب في الدراين.. ومن أبرز النتائج: انه من السنن الکونية في زوال الحضارات الخروج عن الفطرة السوية إلي الکفر والشرک . ويکون ثبات السنن الکونية بحوار الحضارات وليس صدامها داخليا لقوله تعالى: (وَصَدَّهَا مَا کَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا کَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ کَافِرِينَ (43)) . کما أثبتت السنن الکونية في قيام وزوال الحضارات أن العاقبة للمتقين لقوله تعالى : (قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (44)). ومن أبرز التوصيات : أنه على الدعاة والمفسرين الإهتمام بدراسة السنن الکونية في قيام وزوال الحضارات للإستفادة منها في الحضارة الإسلامية . وضرورة التمسک بجوهر المفهوم القرآني لما فيه عبر ودروس وحکم مستنبطة في الإدارة الإسلامية التي إرتضاها الله للبشرية جمعاء. وتطبيق ما تقتضيه الحاجة من هذه السنن الکونية بحيث تُجعل له معايير ومؤشرات قياس يتبناها قادة المؤسسات الدعوية والثقافية والحضارية الإسلامية .

Abstract
The research aims to shed light on the stability of the universal Sunnahs and its evidence for human civilizations. The research deals with Surat Al-Naml objectively. Where the title came: “The Stability of the Universal Sunnah and Its Implications for Human Civilizations” (applying to Surat An-Naml). It also dealt with: concepts about civilization in the Islamic vision and the laws of vegetable empowerment for the unified civilizations of God and the stability of the laws of material empowerment. Then the stability of the cosmic norms through the dialogue of civilizations and not their internal clash, and the stability of the cosmic norms in the external sphere of civilizations, also the stability of the cosmic norms in the case of mental and psychological reversal, and the significance of moral decay and reversal from the oneness of God, and the deterioration of civilizations in the absence of monotheism and finally: the stability of cosmic norms in the meaning of relief, supplication, guidance and creation Growing up, sustenance, and ignorance of knowledge of the unseen in the knowledge.. Among the most prominent results: It is from the cosmic norms in the demise of civilizations, a departure from normal instinct to unbelief and polytheism. And the stability of the cosmic norms is through the dialogue of civilizations, and not their internal clash, for the Almighty’s saying: (And that which she was worshipping other than Allāh had averted her [from submission to Him]. Indeed, she was from a disbelieving people." (43)). And the cosmic Sunnahs in the rise and demise of civilizations have proven that the consequence for the righteous is because of the Almighty’s saying: “She was told, "Enter the palace." But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water and uncovered her shins [to wade through]. He said, "Indeed, it is a palace [whose floor is] made smooth with glass." She said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allāh, Lord of the worlds” (44). Among the most prominent recommendations: that preachers and interpreters should pay attention to studying the cosmic norms in the rise and demise of civilizations in order to benefit from them in the Islamic civilization. And the necessity of adhering to the essence of the Qur’anic concept, as it contains lessons, lessons, and rulings deduced in the Islamic administration that God has accepted for all mankind. And the application of what is required from these universal norms so as to make for it standards and indicators of measurement adopted by the leaders of the Islamic advocacy, cultural and civilizational institutions..
