التعايش مع غير المسلمين وأثره في محاربة التطرف الفكري

المستخلص

يتناول البحث التأصيل الشرعي لمصطلح التعايش في ضوء النصوص الشرعية ، و فهم الصحابه ، والخلفاء الراشدين والسلف الصالح من بعدهم ، ‏وذكرت نماذج وصور من تعامل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وصحابته في التعامل والتعايش  السلمي مع غير المسلمين ، واحترام حقوقهم ، ‏ ففكرة التعايش ليست وليدة اليوم،  بل تعايش المسلمون  مع مجتمعات عدة ، ورسخ النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم - هذه الفكرة في نفوس أصحابه واهتم بها الخلفاء الراشدين في تعايشهم مع اليهود في المدينة ، أو الأقباط في مصر.
بالإضافة إلى التعايش مع غير المسلمين في المجتمعات الغربية ومبادئه ، ومنها ‏مراعاة الشريعة الإسلامية للخلاف المذهبي والديني ، وعدم الإكراه في العقائد وضمان حقوقهم في ممارسة عباداتهم ، وضمان حمايتهم وعدم الاعتداء عليهم.
 والمبحث الأخير تحدثت فيه عن محاربة التطرف الفكري ، ‏وعرفت الإرهاب ، وصورة ، وأثره في التطرف الفكري، و مكونات الإرهاب وسبله ، وعلاقته بالأنترنت،  وكيف عالجت الشريعة الإسلامية التطرف الفكري .
Abstract:
The research deals with the legitimate rooting of the term coexistence in the light of the legal texts, and the understanding of the Companions, the Rightly Guided Caliphs and the righteous predecessors after them. Today, Muslims have coexisted with several societies, and the Prophet - may God’s prayers and( peace be upon him) - entrenched this idea in the hearts of his companions, and the Rightly Guided Caliphs took care of it in their coexistence with the Jews in Medina, or the Copts in Egypt.
In addition to coexistence with non-Muslims in Western societies and its principles, including observing Islamic law for sectarian and religious differences, not coercion in beliefs, ensuring their rights to practice their worship, and ensuring their protection and non-aggression.
 And the last topic, in which I talked about combating intellectual extremism, and knew terrorism, its image, and its impact on intellectual extremism, the components and ways of terrorism, its relationship to the Internet, and how Islamic Sharia dealt with intellectual extremism.
