تسويق الأفراد للألعاب الإلكترونية حكمه وضوابطه جمع ودراسة

المستخلص

من أعظم الدلائل على عظمة ما شرعه الله ؛ فتشريعاته قامت على جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد؛ وقد بنيت هذه التشريعات على رفع الحرج .
وهذا بحث تسويق الأفراد للألعاب الالكترونية ،وهو من الطرق التي انتشرت بين الشباب لجني المال ؛ ولذلك وقع اختياري على هذا الموضوع ليكون مجالاً لبحثي.
منهج البحث : كان استقرائيا تحليلياً .ويتبين منهج البحث فيما يأتي:
- اعتمدت على أمهات المصادر والمراجع الأصيلة في تحرير المسائل، وتوثيقها، وتخريجها ،وركزت على موضوع البحث، وتجنبت الاستطراد،واعتنيت بربط الدراسة بالواقع والنوازل المعاصرة.و اقتصرت على الأقوال المعتبرة .         و اعتنيت بدراسة ما جدّ من القضايا مما له صلة واضحة بالبحث وبمقدار ما يخدم موضوع البحث فقط.وقد بدأت فيه بتمهيد عرفت فيه بمصطلحات العنوان ثم بينت طرق التسويق وماهية الألعاب الالكترونية ومحتواها حتى أعرف القارئ بما سأبحث حكمه .
ثم بدأت المباحث بمبحث أحكام تفصيلية لحكم التسويق وحكم الألعاب الالكترونية وفصلت الحديث عن تصويرها وحكمها وأدلتها .ثم المبحث الثاني درست الحكم العام للتسويق مع دليله وحكمه بالنظر للمصالح والمفاسد .
وأهم النتائج- تُخَرَّجُ الوساطةُ أو السمسرةُ فقهياً على عقد الجعالة أو الإجارة أو الوكالة أو أنها عقدٌ مستقلٌ .- تخرج الألعاب الالكترونية على الأصول الشرعية والمقاصد التي حرص الشرع على الحفاظ عليها .
وما توصلت إليه من توصيات:وجوب تكثيف الرقابة الأسرية والرسمية ، والتصدي لأهل الإغواء والفتن بتقوية إيمان شباب الأمة.على الجهات المسؤولة القيام  بعمل مراقبة على ما يطرح في الأسواق من ألعاب إلكترونية .
 
Abstract:
One of the greatest evidences concerning the greatness of Islam that its legislations are based on bringing interests and warding off evil and lifting embarrassment.
This is a marketing search of electronic games and spread between youth to gain money by marketing those games. Therefore, I decided to choose such subject to be my search.
Search Approach: extrapolated and analytical search.
The search approach is indicated as follows:
- Depending on sources and original references in writing, editing, verification and collecting.- Focus on search subject and avoid extrusion.- Connect the study with reality and the current studies.- Being limit on the considering sayings.- Study the new cases linked to the search and serve its subject.
I started the search by a preamble where I defined the expressions of the headline and then indicated the means of marketing and the identity of the electronic games and its content to let the reader know what I will search for.
Then, I started the first search by searching for detailed rules of marketing, electronic games and more details about its evidences in Islam.
The second search, I studied the general rule of marketing and its evidence regardless looking at interests and evils.
Search Approach: extrapolated and analytical search.
The Search approach shall be as follows:
- Collecting Hadiths and indicating what is mentioned concerning this matter.
Results:- Mediation or Broker shall have the same rule of Employment, Agency or Ijara Contracts or dealt as an independent Contract.- Electronic games shall be executed according to Islamic legislatives and purposes committed with by Islam.
Recommendations:- Family intense control and face sedition and attempts by strengthen youth faith.The authorities shall control the electronic games in the market.
