التَّنْمِيَةُ الشَّامِلَةُ وسَبِيلُ تَحْقِيقِهَا فِي القُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ "دِرَاسَةٌ مَوْضُوعِيَّةٌ"

   أصبح مفهوم التّنمية الشّاملة من السِّمات الأساسيّة للعصر الحاضر حيث يتمّ استخدامه فى كلّ المجالات، وأصبح العالم كلّه يعتنق مفهوم التّنمية الشّاملة، وكان القرآن هو الرّائد الأوّل فى وضع الأُسُس المتكاملة والمبادىء العظيمة التي يقوم عليها المجتمع المسلم، والتي تمتاز بالشّمول والواقعيّة، وتضمن سير الحياة في المجتمع على وجه يُحقِّق العدل والأمن والحياة الكريمة لكافّة أفراده، من خلال إتاحة الفرصة للجميع بالمشاركة في التّنمية الحضاريّة، مِمَّا يؤدي إلى تطوّر المجتمع وتقدّمه في كلّ المجالات، اجتماعيًّا ، واقتصاديًّا، وزراعيًّا، وصناعيًّا، وغير ذلك من المجالات؛ ليَنعَم المسلم بالتقدّم والازدهار، ويَسعد في الدّارين، ويُوَاكِب التّطوّر المذهل في أنحاء دول العالم المتقدّم خاصّة النّمور الاقتصاديّة وبالأخصّ التي تُجِلُّ العلم وتجعله عماد نهضتها.
   ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تأصيل مفهوم التّنمية الشّاملة فى القرآن الكريم؛ وذلك لإثبات نظرة القرآن المتكاملة والمتوازنة للكون والحياة والإنسان، واستيعابه لحياة الأفراد والمجتمعات بجميع جوانبها العلميّة والعمليّة؛ فدعاهم إلى التّمسّك بالدّين، والعمل الجاد المُستَزَاد، والتّنمية في شتّى المجالات، وبين لهم السَّبِيل لتحقيقها، وبهذا سبق القرآن الكريم المفهوم الغربى للتّنمية الشّاملة الذى أصبح من أهم النظريّات الإداريّة فى القرن العشرين.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           :Abstract
The concept of comprehensive development has become one of the basic features of the present era, as it has  followed its use in all fields, and the whole world has embraced the concept of comprehensive development, and the Qur’an was the first pioneer in laying the integrated foundations and great principles upon which the Muslim community is based, which is characterized by comprehensiveness and realism, and ensures the course of life in Society in a way that achieves justice, security and a decent life for all its members, By providing the opportunity for everyone to participate in civilized development, which leads to the development and progress of society in all fields, socially, economically, agriculturally, industrially, and other fields; May the Muslim enjoy progress and prosperity, be happy in both worlds, and keep pace with the amazing development throughout the developed world, especially the economic tigers, especially those that revere science and make it the mainstay of their renaissance.       This research aims to consolidate the concept of comprehensive development in the Holy Qur’an; This is to prove the Qur’an’s integrated and balanced view of the universe, life and man, and its understanding of the lives of individuals and societies in all its scientific and practical aspects; He called them to adhere to the religion, to work hard and to develop in various fields, and showed them the way to achieve them. Thus, the Noble Qur’an preceded the Western concept of comprehensive development, which became one of the most important management theories in the twentieth century.
