أحاديث النهى عن أكل الطعام الحارّ دراسة حديثية نقدية

كان من مناهج المحدثين أن يفردوا رواية أو بعض الروايات بالتصنيف ودراستها دراسة نقدية والحكم عليها وفق قواعد علم الحديث  ،لذا جاء هذا البحث بعنوان " أحاديث النهى عن أكل الطعام الحار دراسة حديثية نقدية " ، وتكمن أهمية دراسة هذا البحث فى كونه متعلق بغذاء المسلم اليومى وما إذا كان تناوله باردا أو حارّا مما يقتضى دراسته دراسة حديثية نقدية للوقوف على مدى صحة الحديث وهل يثبت مرفوعا إلى النبىr أم لا ؟ ليصح الاستشهاد والعمل به.
هذا واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون فى مقدمة ، وثلاث مباحث ، وخاتمة.
فأما المقدمة تناولت فيهــا أسباب اختيار المـوضوع، وخطة البحث ، والمنهج.
وأما المبحث الأول: فجاء بعنوان الروايات المرفوعة الواردة فى أكل الطعام الحار ، وفيه مطلبان:. المطلب الأول: الروايات المرفوعة عن رجال الصحابةy.. المطلب الثانى: الروايات المرفوعة عن نساء الصحابةy.
وأما المبحث الثانى: فجاء بعنوان الروايات غير المرفوعة الواردة فى أكل الطعام الحار، وفيه مطلبان :. المطلب الأول: الروايات الموقوفة.. المطلب الثانى: الروايات المقطوعة.
وأما المبحث الثالث: فجاء بعنوان موقف السنة النبوية من أكل الطعام الحار ، وفيه مطلبان:
. المطلب الأول: حكم الأكل من الطعام الحار.. المطلب الثانى: دوافع النهى عن تناول الطعام الحار.وأما الخاتمة فذكرت فيها أهم نتائج والتوصيات التى وصل إليها البحث .
وقد توصل الباحـث إلى أن الحديث ثابت مرفوعا عن النبىr ، وأن بعض طرق الحديث إلى النبىr منها ما هو دون المقبول ، وكذا صح موقوفا عن الصحابى الجليل أبى هريرةt.
 Research Summary:

The second requirement: the narrations transmitted from the Companions’ wives.As for the second topic: it came under the title of the non-transmitted narrations mentioned about eating hot food, and it has two requirements:
. The first requirement: suspended narrations.. The second requirement: the narrations cut.
As for the third topic: it came under the title of the position of the Prophet’s Sunnah regarding eating hot food, and it contains two demands:. The first requirement: the ruling on eating hot food.
. The second requirement: the motives of the prohibition of eating hot food.
As for the conclusion, it mentioned the most important results and recommendations reached by the research.
The researcher concluded that the Hadith is established and transmitted from the Prophet, and that some of its paths to the Prophet, including those that are less than what is acceptable, are also authentic and suspended from the great companion Abu Hurairah.
