مصطلح "منكَر الحديث " عند الإمام السليماني، وبيان دلالته النقدية دراسة مقارنة

فمن أبرز الأئمة الذين أفنوا حياتهم في خدمة السنة النبوية الإمام أبي الفضل السليماني المتوفى سنة404هـ-رحمه الله تعالى-فقد كانت له إسهامات مباركة فيما يتعلق بجرح الرواة وتعديلهم من أجل صيانة السنة وحفظها،وكان من ألفاظه وعباراته" منكر الحديث وما يقاربه "فقد أطلقه على أحد عشر راويا من رواة السنة المباركة،وتظهر أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يسلط الضوء على بيان منزلة إمام من أئمة النقد،ومن ثم بيان مراده من هذا المصطلح، ومعرفة منهجه في الجرح والتعديل،وهذا البحث قد اشتمل على مقدمة،وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة.
أما المبحث الأول: فكان في التعريف بالإمام السليماني وبيان مكانته العلمية،والمبحث الثاني: فكان في تعريف المنكر لغة وبيان إطلاقاته عند المحدثين،والمبحث الثالث: فكان في بيان دلالة المنكر عند السليماني،وأما المبحث الرابع: فكان في الدراسة التطبيقية حول الرواة الموصوفين بهذا المصطلح عند السليماني، ثم الخاتمة، وكان من أهم نتائجها أن هذا المصطلح يعنى مطلق التفرد من الثقة وغير الثقة سواء خالف أو لم يخالف، وقد كان السليماني يميل إلى التشدد في الجرح؛ لأن بعض الرواة الذين وصفهم بهذا المصطلح كانوا من الثقات الكبار.
 
Abstract:
Emam Abel-Fadl Al-Solymany is one from the Scholars of Hadith whose lives were in service of Sunna. He had blessing significant contributions in Invalidating and Validating Narrators for the saving of Sunna. He had used the term “Unacceptable Relater [Munkur Al-Hadeeth]” and it’s alike with eleven narrators of the Sunna.
The importance of the study is making highlights on Emam Al-Solymany, the meaning of his term and knowing his approach in Invalidating and Validating Narrators.
The study has introduction, four chapters and result.
The first chapter is about Emam Al-Solymany and his scientific significant. The second chapter is about knowing the term of unacceptance [Munkur] in Arabic language and its conventional sense. The third chapter on knowing significance of Unacceptance [Munkur] term. The fourth chapter is an applicable study on narrators who are described with Unacceptance [Munkur] from Emam Al-Solymany. And final chapter with its most important result that the meaning of term Unacceptance [Munkur] is absolute exclusivity from trustworthy narrator or not whether he contradicted or not, also Emam Al-Solymany was characterized with intensity in invalidating narrators; for the trustworthy narrators whom he characterized with Unacceptance[Munkur].
