قدم النقد النسوي نقده للعديد من التشريعات والنصوص والاتجاهات, بما فيها النص الديني, وقد قامت النسوية اليهودية بتقديم نقد موسع للعديد من نصوص التوراة وشروحاته والعهد القديم, منطلقة من وجهة نظر نسوية جندرية, وقد اعتمدت في نقدها على العديد من المصادر: كالمصادر المعرفية, والفلسفية, والنفسية, ونظريات تأويل النص الحديثة, وغيرها, وقد جاء هذا البحث في فصلين, الأول: المصادر الفلسفية والمعرفية(الابتسمولوجية) الغربية الحديثة التي اعتمد عليها التيار النسوي اليهودي، والثاني: المصادر الوثنية التي اعتمد عليها التيار النسوي اليهودي,
المنهج المتبع للدراسة:المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي.
ملخص النتائج والتوصيات: اتضح لي من البحث أن النقد النسوي اليهودي للنص الديني قد وصل في بعض حالاته إلى منحى متطرف, كالوقوع في الشرك أحيانًا, أو المغالاة في نبذ الرجل والتمحور حول الأنثى فقط, ولذلك أوصي بضرورة الاهتمام والبحث في الفكر النسوي الغربي والكتابة عنه, بالإضافة إلى ترجمة الكتب التي لها قيمة عند التيار النسوي الغربي, حتى يزاح الستار عن العالم الآخر الذي وصلت إليه النسوية في عصور ما بعد الحداثة.
Abstract:
Feminist criticism has provided critique of many legislations, texts, and trends, including religious texts. Jewish feminism has provided extensive criticism of many Torah texts and their interpretations, as well as the Old Testament, from a feminist gender perspective. They relied on various sources in their critique, such as epistemological, philosophical, psychological, modern text interpretation theories, and more. This research is divided into two parts: the first discusses the Western modern philosophical and epistemological sources that Jewish feminism relied on, and the second discusses the pagan sources that Jewish feminism relied on.
Methodology: Inductive deductive approach
Results and recommendations: The research revealed that Jewish feminist critique of religious texts has sometimes reached an extremist approach, such as falling into polytheism or exaggerating in rejecting men and focusing solely on women. Therefore, the research recommends the importance of paying attention to and researching Western feminist thought and writing about it, in addition to translating books that are valuable to the Western feminist movement, in order to unveil the other world that feminism has reached in the post-modern era.
