هذه الدراسة فيها تحليلٌ وشرحٌ وإيضاحٌ لخطبة أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، وكان قد خطبها قبل وفاته بأقلَّ من شهر، ولقد تضمّنت هذه الخطبة كثيرا من المسائل والأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالعقيدة والفقه والسياسة الشرعية والسلوك وغيرها، فكانت هذه الدراسة شرحا لها، وبيانا لغريب ألفاظها، وإيضاحا لمُشكل معانيها، واستنباطا لفوائدها.
والهدف من كتابة هذه الدراسة إبرازُ فضل هذا الصحابي الجليل عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه الذي تمثّل في غزارة علمه وسعة فقهه وُحسن بَصَرِه في مآلات الأمور، من خلال هذه الخطبة البليغة.والوقوفُ على المسائل والأصول الشرعية الكبرى الذي تضمنتها هذه الخطبة العظيمة، وقد تنوعت هذه المسائل والأصول ما بين مسائل عقدية وفقهية وسياسة شرعية وقضايا اجتماعية وآدابٍ سلوكية.
وأبرز النتائج والتوصيات، ومن ذلك:
ظهورُ فضلِ أمير المؤمنين عمر رضي الله عنه الذي تمثّل في غزارة علمه وسعة فقهه وُحسن بَصَرِه في مآلات الأمور، وتمثّل فضله كذلك في كراماته ومنها الحقُّ الذي جعله الله على قلبه ولسانه، ووقوعُ ما خشيَ منه مما حصل بعد وفاته، و أنّ عقد الإمامة واجبٌ بإجماع الأمة، وأنّ الطريقة الصحيحة فيها هي أن تكون عن تشاورٍ ورضا كما وقع من الصحابة الكرام رضي الله عنهم في بيعتهم لأبي بكرٍ رضي الله عنه وبيعة سائر الخلفاء الراشدين رضي الله عنهم.و أنّ حدَّ الرجم ثابت في السنة المتواترة عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأنه كان ثابتا في القرآن ثم نُسخت تلاوته وبقي حكمه، وأن أهل السنة والجماعة قد اتفقوا على القول به، ولم يخالف فيه إلا بعض أهل البدع من الخوارج والمعتزلة.
Abstract:
This study contains an analysis, explanation and clarification of the sermon of the Commander of the Faithful Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, and he had delivered a sermon less than a month before his death. its terms, clarifying the problem of its meanings, and deducing its benefits.
The aim of writing this study is to highlight the virtue of this great companion Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, who was represented in the abundance of his knowledge, the breadth of his jurisprudence, and his good eyesight in the outcome of matters, through this eloquent sermon. And to stand on the major legal issues and principles that were included in this great sermon, and these varied. Issues and assets between doctrinal and jurisprudential issues, Sharia politics, social issues, and behavioral etiquette.
The most prominent findings and recommendations, including:
- The emergence of the virtue of the Commander of the Faithful Omar, may God be pleased with him, which was represented in the abundance of his knowledge, the breadth of his jurisprudence, and his good eyesight in the fate of matters, and his grace was also represented in his dignity, including the truth that God placed on his heart and tongue, and the occurrence of what he feared from what happened after his death, and that the leadership contract is obligatory With the consensus of the nation, and that the correct way in it is that it be through consultation and consent, as occurred from the honorable companions, may God be pleased with them, in their pledge of allegiance to Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, and the pledge of allegiance to all the Rightly Guided Caliphs, may God be pleased with them. And that it was fixed in the Qur’an, then its recitation was abrogated and its ruling remained, and that the people of Sunnah and the community agreed to say it, and only some of the people of heresy among the Kharijites and the Mu’tazila disagreed with it.
