هذا البحث عنوانه {المعاهدات النبوية وأثرها في التعايش السلمي نماذج وعِبَر} وهو يتناول نماذج من المعاهدات التي قام بها النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- بنفسه، مع بيان تعريف المعاهدات، ومشروعيتها وأقوال أهل العلم في مدتها، والآثار المترتبة على عقدها في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد جمعت فيه أربعة نماذج، وليس العدد مقصودا لذاته بل للتمثيل والدلالة على غيرها من المعاهدات ذات الصلة، وسرت في دراستها وفق المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي، والمنهج التحليلي للعناصر الأساسية للموضوعات محل البحث، ومن ثَمَّ دراستها بأسلوب متعمق، واستنباط الدروس والعبر المستفادة، مع عزو الأحاديث إلى من أخرجها من الأئمة في المصادر الحديثية مع الحكم عليها، والاكتفاء بالعزو للصحيحين إذا كان الحديث مخرجا فيهما، وإلا ذكرت في الحكم ما ترجح لدي بناء على ما يقتضيه النظر في الأسانيد ووفق القواعد المنهجية المتبعة في ذلك.
Abstract:
This research is entitled "Prophet's Treaties and its impact on peaceful coexistence Examples and Lessons", and it deals with examples of treaties made by the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, himself, with an explanation of the definition of treaties, their legitimacy, and the sayings of scholars regarding their duration, and the implications of their contract in the light of Islamic law. Models, and the number is not intended for itself, but rather to represent and signify other relevant treaties, and I studied them according to the critical inductive approach, and the analytical approach to the basic elements of the topics under research, and then studying them in an in-depth manner, and eliciting lessons and lessons learned. With attributing the hadiths to the imams who brought them out in the hadith sources with the ruling on them, and only attributing to the two Sahihs if the hadith is extracted in them.
