ويهدفلاستخراج وجمع سؤالات المقلين لابن معين في ذلك ولم شتاتها وإبرازها، خدمة للسنة النبوية وعلومها.
ومن أهم نتائجه:الأئمة حينما يصفون الراوي بقلة الرواية الغالب من صنيعهم أنهم لا يحددون ذلك بعدد معين من الروايات. وربما ذكروا عدداً لما رواه قليل الرواية، لم يتجاوزوا به الخمسة عشر حديثاً، وأغلبه من العشرة فدون.وحينما تتفاوت ألفاظ ابن معين  في توثيق الرجل الواحد، فيقول فيه مرة "ثقة "، ومرة "صدوق" ومرة " لا بأس به" ونحو ذلك، فليس هذا من باب الاختلاف بل هو كغيره من الأئمة لفظة "ثقة" عندهم تدل على صفتي العدالة والضبط، والرواة متفاوتون في ذلك وليسوا على درجة واحدة، فهناك من هو في أعلى درجاتها وهو الثقة المطلق، وهناك من هو في أدنى درجاتها غير أنه لم يخرج عن مطلق الثقة، وبينهما درجات. و عبارة "ليس بشيء" الأصل فيها أنها جرح شديد عند ابن معين وغيره من النقاد، وقد يقصد بها غير ذلك كقلة الرواية، أو أنَّ الراوي صالح للاعتبار دون الاحتجاج.ومن أهم مظان سؤالات المقلين: الضعفاء للعقيلي، والجرح والتعديل لابن أبي حاتم، والكامل لابن عدي، وتاريخ الخطيب، موسوعة أقوال يحيى بن معين في الجرح والتعديل وعلل الحديث.
Abstract:             
Questions of the Disciples of Ibn Mu’in in Invalidation and Rectification and the Sciences of the Defective Tradition, Part One.
The purpose of the Paper is to compile questions and inquiries  that were posed to Ibn Mu'in in support of the Sunnah of the Prophet and its sciences, as well as the reasons and justifications for its dissemination and emphasizing.
Its major outcomes include:The absence of a definition for the term "Al-Muqal" in the terminology was due to the clarity of its meaning and the strength of its linguistic meaning, as well as the inability and difficulty to put an end to it comprehensively.The abundance and shortage of words that cannot be regulated by a fixed number and amount , its evaluation is a subjective topic that is frequently referenced by convention.Most imams do not give a precise number to the narrations of al-Muqul. And if they specify a number to it , it does not surpass fifteen hadiths, and the majority of them are from 10 or under.This study includes thirty-six narrations from twelve narrators and fifty-two people who are accountable for them. Except in three cases, Ibn Mu'in agreed with the imams, and the most likely of them is what the imams claimed.
