أنواع التكفير أحكامها والفرق بينها

    إن موضوع التكفير كحكم شرعي موضوع بالغ الخطورة، تترتّب عليه آثار كثيرة في الدنيا والآخرة، وهو يعدّ أول مسألة تنازعت فيها الأمة من مسائل الأصول الكبار، والحق عدم إنكار التكفير كحكم شرعي، إلا أنه يخضع لضوابط، فلا يكفر إلا من قام على تكفيره دليل لا معارض له من الكتاب والسنة، كما أن المسلم لا يكفر بقول أو عمل أو اعتقاد حتى تقام عليه الحجّة وتزول عنه الشبهة، ولقد انتشرت ظاهرة التكفير في المجتمعات الإسلامية؛ ممّا أدّى إلى وقوع الفتن وانتهاك الأعراض وسفك الدماء؛ لذا كان التطرّق لدراسة هذه المسألة ومعرفة أنواعها وأحكامها والفرق بينها جمع لشتات الأمة ورجوعها إلى الحق، كما أن فيه إزالة لشبهات كثيرة.
     وتكمن مشكلة البحث في خطورة ظاهرة التكفير وانتشارها للأسف في مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية؛ ممّا يستوجب المشاركة في كتابة دراسات شرعية مؤصلة تعالج مثل هذه القضية.
     ثانيًا: أهمية البحث:  ترجع أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يناقش قضية التكفير التي انتشرت في هذا العصر، فإن مسألة التكفير من أخطر مسائل الدين وأكثرها دقة، وقد ناقشها علماء الإسلام، وبيّنوا أنواعها وحدودها وضوابطها، ذلك أن الغلو وتجاوز الحدّ فيها له آثاره السلبية السيئة على الأمة.
      ولقد كان من أكثر الأسباب التي جعلت العلماء يهتمون ببيان أنواع وقواعد وضوابط التكفير هو الردّ على الفرق الغالية، والتي أصبحت تتّخذ التكفير منهجًا تنطلق منه، فكان في تناول مثل هذه الموضوعات إسهام في حماية جناب العقيدة.
Abstract:
 The issue of takfir as a legal ruling is an extremely dangerous one, with many implications in this world and the hereafter. It is considered the first major fundamental issue that the nation disputed over, and the truth is not to deny takfir as a legal ruling, except that it is subject to controls. Only one who is based on his takfir is declared a takfir with no evidence. The Qur’an and Sunnah oppose it, just as a Muslim does not disbelieve in words, actions, or beliefs until proof is established against him and suspicion is removed from him. The phenomenon of takfir has spread in Islamic societies. Which led to strife, violation of honor, and bloodshed. Therefore, discussing this issue and knowing its types, rulings, and the differences between them brings together the diaspora of the nation and returns it to the truth, and it also removes many doubts. The research problem lies in the seriousness of the phenomenon of takfir and its unfortunately spread in our Islamic societies. This requires participation in writing original legal studies that address such an issue. Second: The importance of research: The importance of this research is due to the fact that it discusses the issue of takfir, which has spread in this era. The issue of takfir is one of the most dangerous and delicate issues of religion, and Islamic scholars have discussed it and explained its types, limits, and controls, because extremism and exceeding the limit in it has its bad negative effects on the nation. One of the reasons that made scholars interested in clarifying the types, rules, and controls of takfir was to respond to the dear sects, which began to adopt takfir as an approach to start from, so dealing with such topics was a contribution to protecting the integrity of the faith.
