في ظل الوتيرة المتسارعة التي تتطور بها العلوم الطبيعية، ووصولها إلى حد الثورة في مجالات عديدة أهمها تطوير البرمجيات وعلوم الحاسب، وتقنيات الاتصالات والرقمنة ، وما توفره من امكانيات لامحدودة في مجال التفاعل المعرفي وإنشاء المعلومات ومشاركتها العالمية، يعود من جديد التساؤل عن ماهية العلاقة بين العلم والفلسفة ، وجدوى دور الفلسفة- كنشاط ذهني خاص، أكثر من كونها موضوعا لعلم نظري محدد المسائل والمناهج في البحث في الوجود بما هو وجود بالإطلاق، وكشف الحقيقة لذاتها بعيدا عما يترتب عليها من نتائج وآثار، وذلك في مقابل أحدث ما توصل إليه الإنسان من تقنية (الذكاء الاصطناعي) Artificial Intelligence الذي أصبح من أكثر المصطلحات العلمية شيوعاً في عالم اليوم ،وواحد من التقنيات المعبرة بحق عن الثورة التقنية الهائلة التي أبدعت منظومة من الاختراعات، تمثل مايسمى حاليا بـ"الثورة الصناعية الرابعة " التي رأى فيها الكثيرون أنها لا يضاهيها أي شيء قد عرفه البشر من قبل، سواء من حيث حجم التأثير والتغيير المنتظر في حياة البشر، أو من حيث كم الفوائد والأخطار المتوقعة، إلى درجة أن بعض العلماء المعاصرين يرون أن الذكاء الاصطناعي قد يكون آخر إنجازات البشرية، وأنه سيقوم بإزاحة الإنسان من مركز القيادة في الحياة لتبدأ "مرحلة ما بعد الإنسان" أو الـ posthumanism،وهو ما أدى بالبعض للدعوة إلى انتهاء دور الفلسفة، والاكتفاء بما زعمه الفلاسفة لأنفسهم عبر العصور المختلفة من بلوغ للمعرفة اليقينية ، وأن مذاهبهم قد تحددت معالمها في العصور السابقة ، وليس ثمة حاجة للفلسفة اليوم في وجود الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتلك دعوى باطلة، مجافية للواقع ؛لأن العلم هو نتاج الفلسفة وفرعها ووليدها، والفلسفة في أصلها محاولة دقيقة منظمة للربط بين الكون والحياة البشرية ، فليس أقل من بيان دورها المعرفي والقيمي الأخلاقي في تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في هذا البحث.
Abstract:
In light of the rapid pace at which the natural sciences are developing, and reaching the point of revolution in many fields. The most important of which is software development, computer science, communications technologies, and digitization, and the unlimited possibilities they provide in the field of cognitive interaction, information creation, and global sharing. The question of what the relationship between... Science and philosophy, and the feasibility of the role of philosophy as a special mental activity, rather than being a subject of theoretical science with specific issues and methods in researching existence as absolutely existence, and revealing the truth for its own sake apart from the results and effects that result from it, in contrast to the latest technology that man has achieved ( Artificial Intelligence (Aruficial Intelligence), which has become one of the most common scientific terms in the world today, and one of the technologies that truly expresses the massive technical revolution that created a system of inventions such as what is currently called the “Fourth Industrial Revolution,” which many saw as unparalleled by anything that has ever existed. Humans have known it before, whether in terms of the magnitude of the impact and expected change in human lives, or in terms of the amount of expected benefits and dangers, to the point that some contemporary scientists believe that artificial intelligence may be the last of human metaphors, and that it will remove humans from the leadership position in life to begin with. The post-human stage, or posthumanism, has led some to call for the end of the role of philosophy, and to be content with what philosophers have claimed for themselves throughout different eras of achieving certain knowledge, and that their doctrines had their features determined in previous eras, and there is no need for philosophy today in the presence of artificial intelligence. This is a false claim that is unfair to the sites, and because science is the product, branch, and offspring of philosophy, and philosophy is at its origin a precise, organized attempt to link the universe and human life, there is nothing less than a statement of its cognitive and moral value role in artificial intelligence technology in this research.
