الاختلاف في التّفسير من خلال تفسير القرطبي (ت 671 هـ): دراسة تطبيقيّة (سورة إبراهيم نموذجاً)

هذا البحث هو دراسة قرآنيّة بعنوان: الاختلاف في التّفسير من خلال تفسير القرطبي ( ت 671 هـ ) دراسة تطبيقيّة (سورة إبراهيم نموذجاً)، تقوم الدّراسة على بيان المراد من الاختلاف في التّفسير، وبيان أسبابه، والتّعريف بالإمام القرطبي، وعرض ودراسة الاختلاف في التّفسير من خلال كتابه " الجامع  لأحكام  القرآن "، لسورة إبراهيم نموذجاً.
ومن أهمية هذه الدراسة:الوقوف على الاختلاف في التّفسير وأسبابه من خلال سورة إبراهيم في تفسير القرطبي.ومكانة المؤلف العلميّة الرّفيعة.ومكانة كتابه " الجامع لأحكام  القرآن " .والكشف عن أسباب الاختلاف، وتأثيره على فهم المعنى.والإسهام في الدّراسات الخاصّة بالتّفسير وعلوم القرآن.
بدأتُ الدّراسة بمقدمة، ثم قسّمتُها إلى مبحثين، كلّ منهما في مطلبين. وختمته أخيراً بخاتمة اشتملت أهمّ النّتائج، وذيّلته بفهارس الموضوعات والمصادر.
ومن أهمّ النّتائج: الاختلاف طبيعة بشريّة، لاختلاف النّاس في مراتب العلم، والفهم، ومصادر المعرفة.
ومن أسباب الاختلاف في التّفسير ما يعود إلى اللّفظ، ومنها ما يعود إلى النّقل، ومنها ما يعود إلى المفسّر نفسه.وأهمّ سبب يعود إلى اللّفظ هو اختلاف القراءات.والأسباب التي تعود إلى النّقل كثيرة، منها: أسباب النّزول، المكيّ والمدنيّ، التّفسير بالسّنة، والتّفسير بأقوال الصّحابة، والتّابعين، وغير ذلك.
وأغلب اختلاف المفسّرين من قبيل اختلاف التنوّع، حيث يمكن حمل الآية على جميع المعاني.
ومن أهم التّوصيات:مدارسة كتب التّفسير، بغية الالتفات إلى مواضع الاختلاف ودراستها.والاهتمام بأصول التّفسير، وقواعد التّرجيح، لفهم أسباب الاختلاف، والوصول إلى المعاني.
Abstract:
 This research is a Qur’anic study entitled: Difference in interpretation through Tafsir Al-Qurtubi (d. 671 AH), an applied study (Surat Ibrahim as an example). The study is based on clarifying what is meant by the difference in interpretation, explaining its reasons, introducing Imam Al-Qurtubi, and presenting and studying the difference in interpretation from During his book, “The Complete Provisions of the Qur’an,” he uses Surat Ibrahim as an example. The importance of this study is: identifying the difference in interpretation and its causes through Surat Ibrahim in Tafsir al-Qurtubi, the author’s high academic standing, and the standing of his book “The Complete Rules of the Qur’an.” Revealing the reasons for the difference, and its impact on understanding the meaning, and contributing to studies related to interpretation and the sciences of the Qur’an. I began the study with an introduction, then divided it into two sections, each with two topics. Finally, I concluded it with a conclusion that included the most important results, and appended it with indexes of topics and sources. Among the most important results: Difference is human nature, because people differ in levels of knowledge, understanding, and sources of knowledge. Among the reasons for differences in interpretation are some that are due to pronunciation, some that are due to transmission, and some that are due to the interpreter himself. The most important reason that is due to pronunciation is the difference in readings. The reasons that are due to transmission are many, including: the reasons for the revelation, the Meccan and the Medinan, interpretation according to the Sunnah, Interpretation by the sayings of the Companions, the Successors, and other things. Most of the commentators’ differences are due to differences in diversity, as the verse can be interpreted with all meanings. Among the most important recommendations: studying the books of interpretation, in order to pay attention to the areas of disagreement and study them. Pay attention to the principles of interpretation and the rules of weighting, to understand the reasons for the disagreement and arrive at the meanings.
