الأسماء والكنى والألقاب في ضوء القرآن و السنة

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الاسم والكنية واللقب فى ضوء القرآن الكريم، وتهدف هذه الدراسة في تسمية المولود لبيان هدي القرآن الكريم و النبي صلى االله عليه وسلم ليقتدى به، ولكي ينجو المسلم من الأسماء غير المناسبة ويختار الاسم أو الكنية أو اللقب التى توافق شرع االله أو أرشد إليها رسول االله عليه الصلاة والسلام، أو ما ورد فيه نص شرعي . 
وقام البحث على المنهج الاستقرائى احصاء لمواضعهم فى القرآن الكريم ، وعلى المنهج الوصفى التحليلى فى دراستهم شرعيا ، ودلاليا ، فجمعت أحكامهم الشرعية بالقدر المستطاع ، وتناولت ما أجازه الشرع وما منعه من الأسماء والكنى والالقاب من خلال الأدلة الواردة فى القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة ، محاولة علة استعمالها ودلالتها فى ضوء السياق الذى ترد فيه . 
وخلص البحث إلى نتائج عدة ، من أبرزها أن استعمال الاسم أو الكنية أو اللقب فى القرآن الكريم يفيد غرضا دلاليا تقتضيه الأحكام الشرعية ، وليس خيارا تركيبيا لفظيا فحسب ، وأوصى البحث بالاعتناء بربط دراسة موافقة القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية بالدلالة ، والتماس الفروق الدلالية المترتبة على تعدد أنماط التراكيب اللفظية . 
 Abstract:
This research Tackled a study for the name, the nickname and the title through the holy Koran.
This study aims through hanling the born at clarifying the guidance of the Koran and the prophet ( PBUTL) to beas an ideal to make the Muslim scape from unappropriate names and choose the name, nickname and the title that correspond with the God's law or the prophet guided us to or be mentioned through the legal text.
This research was built on an inductive me thod by counting their places in the holy Koran and the descriptive and analytic method through studying legally and semantically so, collected their legal ordains as possible as could and tackled what the legal permited and what prevented it from the names, nick names and title through the mentioned proofs in Koran and the purified prophelical sunnah trying to say the purpose of its indication through the text that mentioned in.
This research ended in some results and the most important one is the using of the names or the nicknames or the titles in Koran benefits an inductive purpose the legal ordains required not only optioned verbal arrangement.
This research recommended to be care of connecting a corresponding study of the holy Koran and the prophetical sunnah with the indication and appealing the inductive differences that built on the variety kinds of verbal structures
