المستخلص
فقد هدف هذا البحث لتقديم دراسة عن اسم الله البر، ولطائف اقترانه باسم الرحيم في سورة الطور، وهو بعنوان: اسم الله البرفي الدلالة اللغوية والبيان الشرعي ولطائف الاقتران باسم الرحيم، دراسة استقرائية تحليلية، وقد احتوى على مقدمةٍ وتمهيدٍ، وثلاثةِ مباحث، تندرج تحتها مطالب ومسائل، ثم الخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على مشكلة البحث وأهدافه، وأهميته، ومنهجه وهيكله، وأما التمهيد ففيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: معنى البَر والبِر في أصل اللغة، والمطلب الثاني: معنى البِر في بيان الشرع، ثم المبحث الأول، وكان بعنوان: معنى اسم الله البَر في بيان الشرع، وفيه أربعة مطالب، المطلب الأول: الكلام على معنى سعة الإحسان، والمطلب الثاني: موارد معنى سعة الإحسان، والمطلب الثالث: علاقة مفهوم البِر بالرفق والرحمة، والمطلب الرابع: الكلام على الأقوال الأخرى في معنى اسم الله البَر، وفيه ست مسائل، المسألة الأولى: اللطيف، والمسألة الثانية: الصادق فيما وعد، والمسألة الثالثة: خالق البِر، المسألة الرابعة: المولى، المسألة الخامسة: العالي في صفاته المسألة السادسة: الذي لا يصدر عنه القبيح، وأما المبحث الثاني فهو بعنوان: أدلة ثبوت اسم الله البر من الكتاب والسنة، وفيه مطلبان، المطلب الأول: اسم الله البَر ووصْفُه البِر في القرآن الكريم والإجماع، وفيه ثلاث مسائل، المسألة الأولى: اسم الله البر في آية سورة الطور، المسألة الثانية: دلالة الإجماع على إسميته، المسألة الثالثة: دلالة قوله تعالى: {ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ}[آل عمران:92] على وصف الله بالبِر، ثم المطلب الثاني: ورود اسم الله البَر في السنة، وفيه أربع مسائل، المسألة الأولى: اسم الله البَر في دعاء عائشة رضي الله عنها، المسألة الثانية: اسم الله البَر في حديث سرد الأسماء الحسنى، المسألة الثالثة: اسم الله البَر في الحديث الموقوف على علي س، المسألة الرابعة: هل البارّ من أسماء الله الحسنى ؟ وأما المبحث الثالث فبعنوان: اقتران اسمي الله البر والرحيم، وفيه تمهيدٌ ومطلبان، تمهيدٌ في تعريف الاقتران وأثره في معاني الصفات، ثم المطلب الأول: سياق الآيات التي انتظمت الاسمين الجليلين، والمطلب الثاني: لطائف اقتران اسمي الله البر والرحيم، ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أبرز نتائج البحث وتوصياته، والحمد لله البر الرحيم .
ABSTRACT
Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammad, the teacher of goodness for humanity, and upon his family and companions. This research aims to present a study on the name of Allah, "Al-Barr" (the Righteous), and the nuances of its conjunction with the name "Ar-Rahim" (the Merciful) in Surah At-Tur. The study is entitled "The Linguistic Significance and Legal Implications of the Name 'Al-Barr' and its Conjunction with the Name 'Ar-Rahim': An Analytical Exploratory Study". It includes an introduction, a preamble, three sections encompassing various demands and issues, and a conclusion. The introduction addresses the research problem, objectives, significance, methodology, and structure. The preamble includes two sections: the first section discusses the linguistic meaning of "Al-Barr" and its significance in Islamic jurisprudence, while the second section elaborates on its meaning in Sharia discourse. The first section, titled "The Meaning of the Name of Allah 'Al-Barr' in Sharia Discourse," discusses four demands: the concept of abundant benevolence, the resources of this concept, the relationship of righteousness with gentleness and mercy, and discussions on other interpretations of the name "Al-Barr". It comprises six issues: the subtle, the truthful in His promises, the creator of righteousness, the guardian, the exalted in His attributes, and the one from whom no ugliness emanates. The second section, titled "Evidence of the Existence of the Name of Allah 'Al-Barr' from the Quran and Sunnah," consists of two demands. The first demand discusses the name "Al-Barr" and its description in the Quran and the consensus, addressing three issues: the mention of the name "Al-Barr" in the verse of Surah At-Tur, the consensus on its naming, and the indication of Allah's description as "Al-Barr" in the verse [Al-Imran: 92]. The second demand examines the occurrence of the name "Al-Barr" in the Sunnah, covering four issues: its occurrence in Aisha's supplication, in the narration of the beautiful names of Allah, in the hadith narrated by Ali, and the question of whether "Al-Barr" is one of the beautiful names of Allah. The third section, titled "Conjunction of the Names of Allah 'Al-Barr' and 'Ar-Rahim'," includes an introduction and two demands. The introduction defines conjunction and its impact on the meanings of attributes. The first demand discusses the context of the verses where the two esteemed names are paired, while the second demand elaborates on the nuances of the conjunction between the names "Al-Barr" and "Ar-Rahim". Finally, the conclusion highlights the research's main findings and recommendations. Praise be to Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
