بَذْلُ العَمَلْ ‌فِي ‌بَيَانِ ‌الْفَرْقِ بَيْنَ ‌شَدِيدِ ‌الضَّعْفِ وَمَنْ كَانَ ‌ضَعْفُهُ ‌مُحْتَمَلْ «" دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية »

يُعدُّ هذا البحث من الدراسات الحديثية المتخصصة ؛ حيث تناول واحدةً من أدق المسائل الاصطلاحية عند المحدثين وتحديدا في باب "الجرح والتعديل"، وهي مسألة: شديد الضعف من الرواة، ومن كان ضعفه محتمل، وما يترتب على هذه القسمة من قبول مرويات هؤلاء الرواة وأولئك أو ردها، ومدى إمكانية انجبارها بمتابع أو شاهد من عدمه، ومتى يوصف الراوي بشدة الضعف، ومتى يُحتَمل في باب الرواية ضعفه، وإلى أي درجة يرتقي شديد الضعف، والضعيف المحتمل. كل ذلك في هيئة دراسة حديثية مبناها في الأساس على ما وضعه أهل النقد من المحدثين من قواعد اصطلاحية، مشفوعة بنماذج تطبيقية من صنيع الأئمة أنفسهم - سواء من الرواة أو المرويات- بغية الوقوف على مدى صدق هذه القواعد وإمكانية العمل بها في باب الرواية، وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وفصلين رئيسين اندرج تحت كل فصل منهما ما يناسبه من المباحث والفروع، ملتزما الإيجاز قدر الطاقة ريثما أصل إلى النتيجة المرجوة.
Abstract:
This research is considered one of the specialized hadith studies, addressing one of the most precise terminological issues among narrators, specifically in the chapter of "Criticism and Verification." It deals with the issue of severe weakness among narrators, those whose weakness is tolerable, and the implications of accepting or rejecting the narrations of these narrators, and whether they can be compelled by a corroborating or witnessing narrator. It also discusses when a narrator is described as severely weak, when his weakness is considered tolerable in the context of narration, to what extent severe weakness and tolerable weakness are evaluated. All of this is presented in a hadith study framework based on the terminological rules established by the critics among the scholars of hadith, accompanied by practical examples from the works of the scholars themselves - whether narrators or narrations - in order to assess the validity of these rules and their applicability in the field of narration. This study is structured with an introduction, a preface, and two main chapters, each containing relevant discussions and subtopics, maintaining conciseness to the best of the researcher's ability until reaching the desired outcome. May Allah be the ultimate goal, the sufficiency, and the best disposer of affairs.
