السماحة مع الأقارب في السنة النبوية

إن الشريعة الإسلامية تميزت بميزات فريدة، وثوابت عديدة، من الاعتدال والتوسط، وملاءمة الواقع أينما كان، وصالحة وشاملة لكل زمان؛ محققةً ومراعيةً لمصالح الإنسان ومقاصده، ومن القيم المهمة التي عُنيت بها الشريعة "السماحة"؛ التي تعد على رأس المنظومة الأخلاقية، وعماد القيم التعاملية. فقد قررها ربنا في كتابه-جل في علاه- في مواضع كثيرة، وأرساها النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم- في سُنته قولًا وفعلًا، وانتهجها من بعده الصحب الكرام-رضوان الله عليهم-، وبه تعامل أهل الإسلام مع غيرهم من الأقوام، ومن مشكاة التسامح أشرقت أنوار الأمن والاستقرار والسلام.
وقمت في هذا البحث بجمع بعض الأحاديث الواردة في السماحة، وتبيين درجتها.يرتبط مفهوم السماحة بالسلاسة والسهولة في المعاملة، وترك المضاجرة، وهي طيب نفس، ولين جانب، وبشاشة وجه من طلاقة وبشر .أن مبدئ السماحة من مبادئ هذا الدين، وهو مقصد عظيم من مقاصد الشريعة، وهو منهج نبوي برز في أقواله وأفعاله ومعاملاته صلى الله عليه وسلم، ولها ما يميزها ويجعلها منفردة عن أي سماحة تناولها البشر في أي زمان ومكان .
Abstract:
The alshariea of Islam has been characterized by unique features and many constants, such as moderation, mediation, suitability to reality wherever it may be, and it is valid and comprehensive for all times. Achieved and taking into account human interests and purposes, and one of the important values that Sharia has concerned with is “tolerance.” Which is considered at the top of the ethical system, and the pillar of transactional values. Our Lord stated it in His Book - may God be glorified and exalted - in many places, and the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - established it in his Sunnah in word and deed, and the honorable companions after him - may God be pleased with them - followed it, and it is how the people of Islam deal with other peoples, and it is a complaint of tolerance. The lights of security, stability and peace have shone.
In this research, I have collected some of the hadiths that have been reported about tolerance, and explained its degree. The concept of tolerance is related to ease and simplicity in dealing, and leaving annoyance. It is a good soul, a soft side, and a cheerful face from fluency and good cheer. The principle of tolerance is one of the principles of this religion, and it is a great goal of the goals of the Sharia. It is a prophetic approach that appeared in his sayings, actions, and dealings, may God bless him and grant him peace. It has what distinguishes it and makes it unique from any tolerance that humans have dealt with at any time and place.
