مسائل علم القراءات في الصلاة

   يدرس هذا البحث مسائل القراءة في الصلاة وما يجري فيها من أحكام تكليفية، كالاستعاذة، والبسملة، وقراءة الفاتحة، وقراءة السورة بعد الفاتحة.
   وخلص هذا البحث إلى أن أفضل الأعمال الصالحة بعد التوحيد هو القراءة في الصلاة، وأن أدنى ما يجب تعلمه من القرآن على كل مسلم هو قراءة الفاتحة، لأنها ركن من أركان الصلاة، وأن الراجح في الاستعاذة في الصلاة هو أنها سنة، ويسر بها المصلي، وتجزئ في أول ركعة، وأن القول الراجح في البسملة هو أنها آية مفردة في أول كل سورة، وأنه يقرأ بها في الصلاة سرًّا، وأن القول الراجح في الفاتحة هو أنها ركن في الصلاة تقرأ في كل ركعة، وأنها واجبة على المأموم أيضًا، وأنه لا يجزئ قراءة الفاتحة بغير العربية في الصلاة، أن من عجز عن قراءة الفاتحة لعدم القدرة على تعلمها، أو لخشية فوات الوقت فعليه أن يأتي بمكانها بالتسبيح والتحميد والتهليل والتكبير، وأن أشد الأئمة الأربعة في أحكام القراءة في الصلاة هو الإمام الشافعي. وأوصت الباحثة بأن يفرد بحث في السور التي كان النبي r يقرأ بهن في الصلوات.
Abstract:
This research studies the issues of recitation during prayer and the obligatory rulings that take place during it.
This research concluded that the best good deed after monotheism is reading during prayer, and that the minimum thing that every Muslim must learn from the Qur’an is reading Al-Fatihah, because it is one of the pillars of prayer, and The most correct opinion regarding the Basmalah is that it is a single verse at the beginning of every surah, and that it is recited secretly in prayer.
The most correct opinion regarding Al-Fatihah is that it is a pillar of prayer that is read in every rak’ah, and that it is also obligatory for those who are praying in prayer, and that it is not sufficient to recite Al-Fatihah in a language other than Arabic during prayer. If someone is unable to recite Al-Fatihah due to inability to learn it, or for fear of running out of time, he must come in its place. By glorifying, praising, glorifying, and glorifying. The researcher recommended that a separate study be devoted to the surahs that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite during prayers.
