الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد:
لقدتحدثت في هذا البحث عن قضية القوامة في ضوء السنة النبوية، فقمت بتعريف القوامة في اللغة وفي الاصطلاح ، ثم بينت الأدلة من الکتاب والسنة على قوامة الزوج على زوجته، موضحا أسباب القوامة، وکيف کان تکرم الإسلام المرأة، ثم تناولت الحديث عن ضوابط القوامة، موضحا حقوق الزوج على زوجته، وحقوق الزوجة على زوجها،فالإسلام کرم المرأة في کثير من الجوانب الذي ميز الرجال فيها عنها، وهذا الاختصاص والتميز هو في الحقيقة بمثابة التکريم لها، ولم يکن سببا لتحقيرها کما يزعم ويدعي البعض،فقوامة الرجل يجب أن تکون مبرأة من التعسف في استعمال الزوج سلطته، وليس له أن يستخدم هذه القوامة في إذلال المرأة والإضرار بها کما يظن کثير من الجهلة0
