ملخص البحث
1- تکمن أهمية هذا البحث في کونه يعالج مسألةً من مسائل علم العلل, ويبيِّن الروايات المقبولة من المردودة للراوي أبي الزبير المکيّ.
2- وتظهر مشکلة البحث في انقسام أقوال النقَّاد في أبي الزبير إلى شقين؛ فجمهورهم رووا حديثه واحتجُّوا به, بينما شعبة بن الحجاج -ومن وافقه- يرون عدم الاحتجاج بحديثه؛ ليجيء الحافظ ابن حجر في "تقريبه" فيجعل أبا الزبير في مرتبة من خفَّ ضبطه, ولم يُضعَّفْ حديثُهُ, وقلَّده في ذلک جماعة, بينما التَّحقيق خلاف ذلک.
وأبو الزبير من المشهورين بالتدليس, وقد نصَّ على ذلک متقدمو النقَّاد, واعترف هو بذلک, ولبعض الملابسات حاول بعض المتأخرين والمعاصرين نفي ذلک عنه, لکنَّ حجتهم لم تقوَ على ذلک؛ فجاء هذا البحث لنفي تلک التهم المضعفة عنه, وإثبات تُهمة التدليس, غير المستلزمة للردِّ المطلق للحديث.
3- وکان من أهمِّ النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أن أبا الزبير المکيّ ثقةٌ صحيح الحديث, وأنَّ ما رسَمه شعبة -ومن وافقه- من ترک الاحتجاج بحديثه قولٌ مرجوح, وأنَّ التدليس في حقِّه ثابتٌ کما أقرَّ هو على نفسه -ويستثنى من ذلک الأحاديث التي في صحيح مسلم, وما رواه الليث بن سعدٍ عنه- وأما تلک المحاولات التي سعت لنفي ذلک عنه, فکلُّها مَحل نظرٍ واستدراک.
Abstract
1. The importance of this research lies in the fact that it deals with the issue of the science of ills, and shows the accepted accounts of the narrator of the narrator Abi Zubayr al-Makki.
