ملخص البحث:
    تترکز هذه الدراسة على واحدة من الموضوعات الفقهية المهمة التي تخص  فرض  من  فروض اللهُ تعالى على المسلمين فرائضَ معلومة ظاهرة ومتنوعة، ومن هذه الفرائضِ هي  عبادةُ الصوم


 فإن الله _عز وجل_ فرض علينا الصيام، وبيّن لنا أحکامه في القرآن وعلى لسان رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم -، قال تعالى (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا کُتِبَ عَلَيْکُمُ الصِّيَامُ کَمَا کُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِکُمْ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَتَّقُونَ)
وکما عهدنا التيسير من الشارع الحکيم، فإنه قد شرع لمن فاته الصوم أن يقضيه، ومن هنا تتجلى أهمية معرفة أحکام الصوم وأحکام قضائه لکثرة من يفوته أداء الصوم في وقته الأصلي، فمن الناس من يکون مسافراً أو مريضاً، ومن النساء من تحيض أو تلِد، إلى غير ذلک من المفطرات المقبولةِ المباحةِ أو الممنوعة.
فقد أخترت هذا الموضوع لسهولته ولکثرة من يحتاج إليه، وخطتي في البحث کما يلي :
أولا : ذکرتُ مقدمةً بينتُ فيها أهمية موضوع البحث وطريقتي فيه، وسبب اختياره.
ثانياً : قسّمتُ البحث إلى مبحثٍ وثلاثة فصول کما يلي: -
تمهيد: عدد أيام القضاء.
فصلٌ: حکم القضاء وحکم إتمامه.
فصلٌ: وقت القضاء.
فصلٌ: فيمن مات وعليه صوم واجب.
وتحت کل فصلٍ من هذه الفصول مجموعة من المباحث.
ثالثاً : نسبتُ الأقوال لأهلها مع توثيق أقوال کل مذهب من کتب المذهب نفسه حسْب ما توفّر لديّ من مراجع، وحسْبَ ما عثرتُ عليه من أقوال من نصّ على المسألة المبحوثة.
رابعاً : اقتصرتُ على مذاهب أهل العلم المعتبرة، وتجنبتُ الأقوال الشاذة.
خامساً : بالنسبة للترجيح بين الأقوال فقد سِرتُ فيه مع کلام أهل العلم الموافق للدليل
سادساً : ذيّلت البحث بخاتمةٍ بيّنتُ فيها أبرز ما توصلتُ إليه من نتائج.

    This study focuses on one of the important jurisprudential topics that concern the imposition of the duties of Allaah on Muslims.
The Almighty Allah _ _ imposed on us fast, between us in the Quran and on the lips of his Messenger Salla Allah upon him, he said. (O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous) –
As our bond street wise facilitation, it had proceeded to of missed fasting that spent, hence the rulings on fasting and provisions serving to many he misses performing fasting in its time of origin, of people who are traveling or sick, and women who menstruate or giving birth, and there are other things that invalidate the permissible accepted Or prohibited.

First: the introduction which showed the importance of the research subject and the way in which, and why he was chosen.
Secondly: the research subject was divided into three classes as follows:-
Preface: the number of days in the judiciary.
Judgement and sentence: season completed.
Season: a time stamp.
Chapter: who died and it obligatory.
Under each of these chapters a group of detectives.
III: the sayings attributed to her family with documenting words whole doctrine of gilt himself as the references, as I found it from sayings of text on the matter discussed.
IV: restricted to scholars considered doctrines, and avoided words anomalies.
VA: for weights between words which have pleased with scholars to guide
Vi: appeared at the finale where indicated by research findings highlighted.
