أحوال الرُّاوة الذين تكلَّم عنهم الجَصَّاص (ت: 370 هـ) في كتابه "شَرْح مُخْتَصر الطَّحاوي" دراسة استقرائيَّة نقْديَّة

اعتنى الإمام أبو بكر الجَصَّاص رحمه الله بأحوال الرُّواة، وذِكْر مراتبهم من حيث الجرح والتعديل، وذلك من خلال كتابه: "شرح مختصر الطحاوي"، فتناولتُ في هذا البحث: التَّعريف بالإمام أبي بكر الجَصَّاص رحمه الله، وبيان مكانته وثناء العلماء عليه، وأيضًا التعريف بكتابه، وبيان أهم مميزاته، وطريقته في الكلام على الرُّواة، ثم تناولتُ الرُّواة المتكلَّم فيهم واحدًا تلو الآخر، والذين بلغ عددهم اثنان وأربعون راويًا، مُرَتِبةً لهم على حروف الهجاء. وانْتهجتُ في دراستي لهم المنهج التَّحليلي، حيث قمتُ بذكر كلام الجَصَّاص رحمه الله في الرُّواة، وخلاصة أحوالهم، مع مقارنة قوله بأقوال أهل النَّقد من المُحدِّثين، وبيان مخالفته لهم في الحكم على بعض الرواة-إن وُجِد-، وأثر هذه المخالفة من النَّاحيتَينِ الحديثيَّة والفقهيَّة.
ثم ختمتُ البحث بأهم النتائج، والتوصيات التي توصلْتُ إليها خلال هذه الدراسة، ثم الفهارس العلمية.وأسأل الله أن يجعل لي من أمري رشدًا.
Research Summary;
Imam Abu Bakr al-Jassas, may God have mercy on him, took care of the conditions of the narrators, and mentioned their ranks in terms of wound and modification, through his book: "Sharh Mukhtasar al-Tahawi", so I dealt in this research: introducing Imam Abu Bakr al-Jassas, may God have mercy on him, and the statement of his status and the praise of the scholars on him, and also the definition of his book, and the statement of its most important features, and his way of speaking to the narrators, and then dealt with the narrators speaking in them one after the other, who numbered forty-two narrators, arranged for them on the letters of the alphabet.
In my study of them, I adopted the analytical approach, where I mentioned the words of Al-Jassas, may God have mercy on him, in the narrators, and the summary of their conditions, while comparing his statement with the sayings of the people of criticism from the modernists, and explaining his disagreement with them in judging some narrators, and the impact of this violation in terms of hadith and jurisprudence.
Then the research concluded with the most important results and recommendations reached during this study, and then scientific indexes.
