أسس البعث الحضاري وعوامل تفعيله في الثقافة الإسلامية

 تناول الباحث مسألة إشكالية تخص الثقافة الإسلامية وعلاقتها بأسس البعث الحضاري وعوامل تفعيله، فاستخلصت الدراسة أسس البعث الحضاري باعتبار أن الحضارة عمران معنوي ومادي يقوم به الإنسان انطلاقا من مبدأ وصولا إلى غاية، ومبدأ التعمير بالنسبة للمسلمين هو الإسلام، كما أن الحضارة لها لب تقوم عليه وهو العلم والإيمان وروح تسدد مسارها وهي القيم والأخلاق، وميدان تتحقق فيه وهو رقعتها الجغرافية وغاية معنوية تسعى إليها من خلال التعمير المادي من بناء وصناعة وتجارة وغير ذلك.. وهي سعادة الإنسان. بحثت في المبحث الأول الكمون الحضاري المتعلق بهذه الأسس في الثقافة الإسلامية، فوجدت أن ثقافتنا غنية بالمعاني التي تدفع للبعث الحضاري، غير أن الحضارة أيضا جهد مستمر وكسب تجهَد الأمة في بذله وعطائه، وهذا ما دفعني إلى البحث من خلال المبحث الثاني في عوامل تفعيل هذا الكمون للبعث الحضاري، إذ لا تتقدم أمة ما إلا إذا تحولت الأفكار في مجتمعها إلى قوة دافعة، ولا قيمة لفكرة في المجال الحضاري مهما بلغت دقتها وصحتها ما كانت مجرد ترف بارد، وقد وجد الباحث أن من عوامل التفعيل: الاجتهاد الحي، والجهد الدافع للبناء الذي يبذله المسلمون، فكان المبحث الأول لتصحيح الفهم، والمبحث الثاني لتفعيل الإنجاز.
Research Summary
The researcher addresses a critical issue in Islamic culture and its relationship with the foundations of civilizational revival and the factors that activate it. He identifies the fundamental principles of civilizational revival, considering civilization as both a material and spiritual construct developed by humans from a foundational principle toward a specific goal. For Muslims, the principle of development is Islam itself. Civilization has a core foundation, which is knowledge, and a guiding spirit that directs its course, which is values. It also requires a geographical domain for realization and aims ultimately at achieving human well-being through development, including construction, industry, trade, and other aspects of progress.
In the first section, the study explores the latent civilizational potential inherent in Islamic culture and finds that Islamic culture is rich in meanings that drive civilizational revival. However, civilization is also a continuous effort and an achievement that requires ongoing contributions from the community. This realization led the researcher to investigate, in the second section, the factors that activate this civilizational potential. No nation advances unless its ideas transform into a driving force within society. Moreover, no idea holds value in the civilizational context, no matter how precise or valid, if it remains a mere intellectual luxury.
Therefore, the researcher identifies key activation factors, including dynamic intellectual effort (ijtihad) and the constructive efforts exerted by Muslims in building and progress. Consequently, the first section aims to correct conceptual understanding, while the second section focuses on motivating action and achievement.
