في هذا البحث؛ يقرر الباحث المنهج الصحيح لسلوک طريق العبادة, بعيدا عن الابتداع, راسمًا الطريق السليم للوصول إلى عبادةٍ صحيحةٍ؛ بداية من تصحيح النية, ثم أهمية الاستعداد المبکّر للعبادة, والمسارعة إلى العبادة, کما يبين أهمية استثمار بعضِ الأوقاتِ والأماکنِ والأحوالِ في العبادةِ, وما هي أهمية نوافل العبادات, وهل يُمکن للعبد أن يقتدي بأهل الکتاب في عباداتهم, ثم هل يمکن له أن يستدرکَ ما فاته من العبادات, کما يُبين الباحث أنه هل يختم العبدُ عبادتَه بالاستغفار وقدْ کان في عبادة؟!
مبيّنًا کل ذلک من هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم, فهو إمامُ المتعبدين, وقدوة السّالکين, مستنبطًا ذلک من کتب السُّنّة النبوية.

Abstract
 
This research aims to show the Sunnah of Prophet peace be upon him in the worshiping as to perform it as he taught us. Starting from emending the intention followed by the importance of early preparation for it. It also illustrates the importance of certain times and places in the worshiping and supererogatory worships. Moreover, it attempts to answer the two following questions: is it possible for the worshiper to follow the people of the scriptures in their worshiping? And is it possible for the worshiper to redress what has been missed from the worship? Finally, it discusses the idea that the worshiper concludes his/her worship with forgiveness while he/she was in worship.
