لقد کفلت الشريعة الإسلامية الحقوق لجميع الأحياء، وقررت حقوقاً للحيوان يجب مراعاتها، ومن القضايا التي يکثر السؤال عنها حکم تحنيط الحيوان والانتفاع بذلک بالبيع والشراء والزينة، وقد دعاني ذلک للبحث والکتابة في هذه القضية، فکان هذا البحث بعنوان: (الانتفاع بالحيوان المحنط للزينة)، واشتمل البحث على مقدمة ومبحثين على النحو التالي:
المقدمة : وتشتمل على أهمية البحث ومحتواه.
المبحث الأول : مفهوم التحنيط للزينة، وفيه أربعة مطالب: 
المطلب الأول: مفهوم التحنيط.
المطلب الثاني: مفردات ذات الصلة بالتحنيط، التصاوير المجسمة والتماثيل.
المطلب الثالث: نشأة التحنيط وأهدافه.
المطلب الرابع :  مفهوم الزينة وضوابطها.
المبحث الثاني :حکم الانتفاع بالحيوان المحنط للزينة، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب :
المطلب الأول: حکم تحنيط الحيوان لغير منفعة.
المطلب الثاني:  حکم تحنيط الحيوان لمنفعة معتبرة.
المطلب الثالث:  حکم تحنيط الحيوان للزينة.
الخاتمة :وتشتمل على أهم النتائج.
 
Research Summary
Islamic law has guaranteed the rights of all living, and decided the rights of the animal must be observed, and the issues frequently asked about the rule of mummification of the animal and the use of sale and purchase and adornment, has invited me to research and write in this case, was this research entitled: (use of stuffed animal for decoration), The research included an introduction and two papers as follows:
Introduction: It includes the importance of research and its content.
The first topic: the concept of mummification of decoration, which has four demands:
The first requirement: the concept of mummification.
Second requirement: vocabulary related to embalming, stereoscopic images and statues.
The third demand: the emergence of mummification and its objectives.
Fourth requirement: the concept of decorations and controls.
The second topic: Ruling on using the stuffed animal for decoration, which includes three demands:
The first requirement: the rule of mummification of the animal for non-benefit.
The second requirement: the rule of mummification of the animal for a considerable benefit.
The third requirement: the rule of mummification of the animal for decoration.
Conclusion: It includes the most important results.
