هذا البحث محاولة لتقليد ومحاکاة لنموذج رائع وناجح في مجال الدعوة قد زکاه الله ورسوله S وهو الصحابي الجليل عبدالله بن مسعود t وتسليط الضوء على العوامل التي کونت شخصيته الدعوية وإبرازها للدعاة للاستفادة منها وتعزيزها في صناعة جيل الدعاة الصاعدين.
وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة عن شخصية عبدالله بن مسعود t ومقدمة حول علم الدعوة وترکيز على صفات الداعية، وعلى العوامل العامة التي تؤثر على تکوين شخصية الدعاة عموما، والتي أثرت على تکوين شخصية عبدالله بن مسعود  tوقد ذکرت منها عشرة عوامل، وفي آخره خاتمة البحث وبها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
 Abstract
This research is an attempt to imitate and emulate a magnificent and successful model in the field of Da’wah (Islamic Preaching) that may God and His Messenger (Peace be upon him) have recommended. Such model is the great companion Abdullah Bin Masoud. The research has shed the light on the factors that formed his character in Da’wah field and displayed such factors to the Islamic preachers in order to benefit from them during the preparation of the generation of future preachers.
The research comprises an introduction of Abdullah Bin Masoud’s personality, an introduction to the science of Da’wah and a focus on the qualities of the preacher and the general factors that constitute the formation of preachers’ personality in general, which have indeed affected the formation of the personality of Abdullah Bin Masoud, where I have mentioned ten of such factors. Research conclusion included the most significant results and recommendations.
