إعداد الدّاعية وأثره فِي تبليغ الدّعوة -دراسة منهجيّة-

إنّ الدّعوة إلى الله تحتاج إلى طراز فريد من الدّعاة يرتفع إلى مستوى المسئوولية الضخمة، فهو بحاجة إلى أن يربّى أفضل تربية ويهذّب أحسن تهذيب، ويهئ تهيئة خاصة تؤهله لذلک الشرف العظيم.
ويسعدني ويشرفني أن أقدّم هذا البحث في هذا الموضوع المهم وهو بعنوان: (إعداد الدّاعية وأثره في تبليغ الدّعوة-دراسة منهجية).
ويتکوّن من مقدّمة، وسبعة مباحث:اشتملت المقدّمة على أهميّة الموضوع وأسباب اختياره...إلخ.
-وأما المباحث فهي کالآتي:
المبحث الأول: التعريف بالدّاعية وبيان فضله ومفهوم الإعداد وأنواعه.
المبحث الثاني: الإعداد التربوي: بينت فيه مفهوم التربية وأهميّتها ومنهج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في تربية أصحابه رضي الله عنهم.
المبحث الثالث: الإعداد النفسي: وبينت فيه مفهوم الإعداد النفسي، وهو تهيئة الدّاعية نفسيًّا ليقوم بواجب الدّعوة لأنه يخاطب نفوس المدعوين.
المبحث الرابع: الإعداد الخُلُقي: وهو ثمرة الإعداد التربوي والنفسي.
المبحث الخامس: الإعداد العِلمي: وهو تهيئة الدّاعية علميًّا للقيام بواجب الدّعوة، وذکرت العلوم التي يحتاج إليها.
المبحث السادس: الإعداد العَملي: وبيّنت فيه ما يحتاج إليه الدّاعية من فنون القول، من خطبة ومحاضرة...إلخ. والوسائل والأساليب کذلک.
المبحث السابع: أثر إعداد الدّاعية في تبليغ الدّعوة: وبيّنت ذلک الأثر فيما يخصّ الدّعوة وما يخصّ المدعوين، وما يخصّ الدّاعية ذاته. وهذا المبحث هو ثمرة إعداد الدّاعية الذي مرّ معنا في المباحث السابقة.
ثم الخاتمة التي اشتملت على أهمّ النّتائج والتّوصيات على ما يلي:
1-أهميّة إعداد الدّاعية الذي يتناسب مع عالميّة الدّعوة الإسلاميّة.
2-أنّ مفهوم هذا الإعداد هو تهيئة الدّاعي تربويًّا ونفسيًّا وخُلُقيًّا وعِلميًّا وعَمليًّا ليقوم بواجب تبليغ الدّعوة إلى المدعوين.
3-أثر هذا الإعداد يعود على الدّعوة والمدعوين والدّاعية نفسه.
4-ومن التوصيات المهمّة حرص الأمّة الإسلاميّة على إعداد الدّعاة المؤهلين  الذين يحملون أمانة الدّعوة إلى الله ويحافظون على ميراث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. 
Abstract:
The call to Allah "Da'wah" needs distinguished preachers who bear the huge responsibility. The preacher needs to be well-educated and to be well-equipped to be a good preacher.
This research is entitled: "The preparation of the Preacher and its Effect on Communicating Da'wah" – A Systematic Study
The research consists of an introduction and seven topics. The introduction included the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, etc.
The first topic handles the definition of preacher, his virtues, concept and types
The second topic handles the educational preparation, the concept of education, its importance, and the Prophet’s approach towards his companions
The third topic handles psychological preparation and its concept, and preparing the preacher psychologically to perform his advocacy role
The fourth topic handled the ethical preparation, which is considered the fruit of educational and psychological preparation
The fifth topic handled the scientific preparation and preparing the preacher scientifically to perform his Da'wah role and the knowledges that he needs
The sixth topic handled the practical preparation and what the preacher needs in terms of speech during his speeches, lectures and including means and methods, etc.
The seventh topic handled the effect of preparing the preacher in communicating Da'wah and indicated that that effect belongs to Da'wa, preacher and the preached, and this topic is the fruit of preparing the preacher as we mentioned in the previous topic
The research included the most important findings and recommendations as follows:

The importance of preparing the preacher in proportion to the universality of the Islamic call
The concept of preparation is to prepare the advocate educationally, psychologically, morally, scientifically and practically to fulfill the duty of Da'wah
The impact of this preparation casts a shadow on Da'wah, the preacher and the preached
Among the important recommendations is the keenness of the Islamic Ummah to prepare qualified preachers to communicate the religion of God to all people
